“Having dealt with another local Kia dealership (where I actually bought my Seltos new) I can say with authority that Matthew's is so much more concerned with their clients and especially in their service department who I've worked with twice now... the first time because the other dealership didn't Perform (even though it is in their name) or even bother to get back to me on a time sensitive issue after multiple promises and additional calls. “Back in January, my transmission blew right in front of Rich's shop (lucky me)! I gave him a call and he quickly came to get my car off the road.
I'm a single mom with 2 kids and work a lot of hours to make sure the bills are paid. Rich helped me out with a free rental car and every possible option to get my car fixed and back on the road. He towed the car for me to someone skilled in transmission work and even fronted the $1,400 bill for me!
There aren't many people these days who are genuinely generous and kind. Rich was all that and more! I am beyond thankful for all his help! He was a life saver!”
