Lied to us over the weekend about numbers. Called back in to set up an appointment a couple days later. Giving numbers again that were nothing but lies so we would come in. Also lied about down payment numbers saying twice no down needed then 1000 needed. Highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this dealer unless you buying with cash outright.

I can’t not even begin to say how thankful we are to this dealership! This is our second car purchase from this dealership. They have went above and beyond our expectations! They worked with us to get us in the vehicle that worked best for me and my family! I am beyond thankful to all of the staff! They made us feel like family. They made the process of buying a car quick and effortless! I can not thank Aaron Fritz enough for all the time he spent with us in the process. I ended up leaving in a Jeep Wagoneer which I LOVE! They made us feel like a part of the family. Everyone was a pleasure to work with! Aaron made sure every step of the process went smooth and quickly. He went over everything with us in great detail! A special shout out to Chris Burley, Tom Smith and Greg Turchetta who worked out the deals for us and to Ryan Tennent and Justin Royer who helped with the financing and made it quick and easy. I purchased my all new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from John. Tom Smith also so helpful. My husband loved my jeep so in less than a month he purchased a used 2020 Grand Cherokee Laredo. Both John and Tom were excellent!!! Will highly recommend to others!

Not a fan of Tri Star in Blairsville. I bought a car there last week. 98% of paperwork and such done and then asked for my $1,000 down payment-which I verbally said TWICE I was putting nothing down. Their explanation was 'A computer glitch'. Pretty lame. I do not recommend this dealership.

tammy was awesome! friendly, high energy, and no b.s.she got right to the point and got me in my car as fast as possible. very painless process. ive dealt with other dealerships in the past and they were definitely "pushier". i knew what i wanted when i came in, but if you don't, im sure tammy will help you get it figured out in no time. highly recommend!

This dealership has alot of different car brands here. Jeep, dodge, Ford, Kia, ect. The sales people didn't home in on us like vultures when we were looking at their inventory until we really stated looking in the vehicles, the sales lady by the name of Tammy was very kind and friendly she didn't pressure us to make a sale like most places. I liked the dealership it was very clean and organized.

The reason for my visit st Tri Star in Blairsville was because I was having some issues with my car that needed a second opinion and a good ear to hear.. But unfortunately my problem could not be resolved,,, not because of the company but because the problem with my car could not be found... But its ok... The employees and the mechanics of Tri Star were very helpful and courteous... I have no complaints.... But at least they tried their best.... Thank you so much for your help....
