I'm a regular customer at this Sheetz for the last 3 years. Tonight I went to the drive through for a breakfast quesadilla, a queserido, some broccoli bites, and fried cheese balls. All of food was so well made tonight that I am leaving a review to thank the cooks. Great job Madi and Robert!

Sheetz has always been our first choice in Pennsylvania. Many times, we would rather drive 3 miles more than choose it. Until this unpleasant experience tonight. I prepaid $70 to a female salesperson for my No. 1 spot. When the tank reached $50, it stopped and when I asked them to get my $20 back, the male salesperson actually said they couldn't find my record and asked me to call an "800" number to resolve and refund me. of $20. I don't know if it was because of my Asian face and broken English that the salesperson was impatient, but anyway, he eventually refunded my money. The reason why I gave five stars is because I found that this administrator seemed to avoid all customer complaints and only responded to all five-star reviews.

Got gas and ran inside and was in and out of store within 5 minutes. Staff was super pleasant and helpful .
