The drive thru employee young blonde was very rude when my daughter and I tried cashing our checks today. Told me she had to get an account which she had. Then when we pulled off was laughing. Very unprofessional. I will not bank there again.

over the 30 plus yesrs that I have been a customer with S&T , the hours that the bank is open have become more and more limited. as a person who works full time ( 8 to 5 mimnimum), it is currently very difficult to even get to the Drive Thru in time. The bank does not feel customer friendly sny more.

Another episode of vehicular banking. Most of my banking is when I am either on my way to or from work. My bank that I deal with doesn't really have offices unless you happen to live in a high population area. So all my banking is usually by done mobile or drive thru. This location is in the plaza right along 22. Unlike other banks in the area it does not matter who you bank with and they will take a deposit. It's a newer branch and has all the conveniences. ATM is newer so no envelopes and no need to have to have a pen ready. Quick stop, some tapping on the screen, and I was on my way. It was a nice quick stop that kind of lead to me venturing further into the plaza to do a bit of shopping.

hasn't been the same for a few years, doesn't care about the customers, have been banking there for years, after today I will be pulling my money from them and closing all the accounts I have with them. Made a deposit that my wife and I both counted separately( I wasn't even home when she counted it) and it was placed in a sealed envelop, went to the drive thru today. Travis counted it said it was 100 short of what the deposit slip said it was and he would change the deposit slip. told him no to send it back out I know what was there t he sends it back out and its 100 short. i leave the drive thru and go into the bank. as I do Travis is leaving for lunch. Amanda suggested that I just change the deposit slip. I had to tell them i wanted his till counted. which of course came out fine because it was cash. went to Wendy the manager. she said it was their policy that if anything comes in that is different than what is written on the deposit slip the employee has to have someone else count it. When Travis got back from lunch, wendy asked him if someone else counted it he said no because everyone was busy. i ended up changing the slip and they "reviewed" the video which they called me about an hour later and said he counted it himself 3 different times. and it appeared to be short. the commercial side of things is just as bad to deal with. If any customer is missing 100 that you just waited on and they are in the process of counting your drawer why would you leave for lunch? the commercial side of things is just as bad. As soon as all of my business banking is transferred I will be removing all of my personal banking as well.

This branch emulates exactly what S&T Bank is all about. Todd Larrimer, the new branch manager there is more than willing to go out of his way to make sure you leave happy. Customer service seems to be their number one priority. The entire staff is super friendly & welcoming. I would & do recommend that branch to all of our Good & Associates Inc. clients in Blairsville.
