DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER CAR WASHCar is a 2011 bmw x5 diesel with 70k on it. Very well maintained vehicle and full PPF on front end.They will scratch your car and then tell you it's your own fault and that they are not liable. I am now filing a lawsuit with them. For unfaithful business and customer negligence of customer property while under their care.Their brushes will cut your cars paint up and scratch it in a circular motion that Their brushes move in. And mark up your entire car. Marked up all 4 of my doors and even rear bumper. Nothing on front end because car has full PPFThis new corporate company that bought cloister is a total joke. they will act different after this suit I'm sure.They will call you all friendly and then say you are a liar and you have to sue us for anything to get anywhere.... they think no one will do it....They pissed off a guy who will spend 10k to make a point now...I'm 1 step away from opening up a competition. Closest possible to make a point now1st pic I posted is what they did to my moms driver door. They clearly are not claiming responsibility, told me to get ahold of my lawyer almost gas lighting me...not knowing I'll make a point out of them over the amount of money it costs...I'm sure who ever reads this has already gone there and know they are a bunch of young kids thinking they know it all... and I'm also not the only one this has happened too either....Watch who touches your car if you have one you care about....These guys won't! Should loose their busisness license.I'll keep people on here updated with law suit statusThey caused almost 5k in damage maybe more... ( 4 doors need re painted)They got some 20 something year old hot shot who things he's gifted, managing a York pa car wash that screws people ls cars up.Doesn't look like anyone is happy latly.... let me know if you have damage to your car from them.... It's ok. Could use some updates and repairs. The floor mat clips are useless: they kept dropping my floor mats.

Terrible service no one greeted my car for about 10 minutes. I got the inside and outside done on my car the outside turned out nice but the inside job was horrible. Mud left on my foot boards a foggy film left on my windows and an effortless vacuum done. Keep in mind I paid $55 for a CAR WASH will never be back here. Careless staff.

I paid $50.52 and now have to go home and clean my tires, vacuum floors and wipe cup holders myself! Complete rip off. And to think I was gonna get the membership. Ha! And I did send an email.

Save your money and go elsewhere.I took my car here and got the "platinum" package. I was pretty put off right off the bat, because who asks for a tip up front? I tipped because i assumed id get what i paid for...I get it, it's not a detail, dont expect much. But i would expect basic things like my cupholders, dash etc. to be taken care of at the very least, but i guess that's in an unlisted package. Not to mention the front of the car wasn't even touched.There was "no manager around" at the time, so i submitted a complaint. Only to be contacted almost a week later and told "we would love you to bring your car back down here so we can see the car and make it right" while a nice gesture, id rather not have to do more work, and would prefer my money back. It also doesn't make any sense, to see the job they did, a week later? in a car? that is driven?I was then told that they "cannot refund the money if they cant see the service that was done on the vehicle, and because a service was done, no refund could be given." Pretty comical.Really great customer service.. Won't be coming back here, and you should save your money too.

The car wash itself is a very nice facility. The attention to detail is lacking and makes the experience less than it could be. I purchased the top car wash yet no one did anything to my wheels and tires. I was very disappointed that I spent about $50.00 and no one put any detail into the tires. The interior clean was average. I have Weather Tech mats. They were swepted but not cleaned. I think it is a training issue with the staff. Most of the staff looked like young students in high school or maybe college age. The site is very professional looking, but the quality of work was average to below average. They would be very good if more attention to detail and training of what goes into a quality car wash was given to the staff and required by management/ownership.

Paid for exterior and interior. Saw the kid looking at my receipt to see how much tip I left. Apparently it wasn't enough because he went through the motions of cleaning the interior which was barely touched. Remained dusty n smudged. What a friggin waste of money

I bought the unlimited car wash plan and they were open until 7pm daily and now they are open until only 6pm and I can't make it there most days so I am disappointed about that! Please bring back the open until 7 pm hours so I can actually use the plan I bought.

Order the premium service, interior/exterior. They did not vacuum my trunk even though I saw them do every trunk before me. They also missed a big spot on my dash which is interesting since I paid extra for the dash polish. The person who came to get me when the car was "done" was NOT friendly. The person at the begining who explained the services was very friendly though. That's probably the only thing making it 2 stars instead of 1.

I prefer to use this one as opposed to the one by Walmart because Rose's has never cheated me out of money. But I gave it 3 stars because it's always pretty muddy where the vacuums are, and because the structural integrity of the car wash is not good. I'm a little worried that it's going to collapse on me ?

I'm not usually the review type person, but this is justified. You'd think for $42.00, they'd be able to clean your glass. Yes, it was dirty and needed cleaned. Instead, whoever cleaned it (there were 3 people working on the car) only smeared it around and made it worse than it was. I'll either find another place to go or do it myself instead of wasting my hard earned money. Total joke. Never again. Thanks for nothing.

I give them a 4 star. Very organized but even spending almost $50 for the wash I can still smears and smudges as soon as I use the rearview mirror. But the staff is pleasant and they work hard. Bring back the popcorn and soda.
