I am not sure about this Rite-Aid but the one in
Indiana PA is awful. Never has a script been ready for pick-up and they think nothing of asking you to wait 15-20 mins for it to be ready. I stood this afternoon waiting just to be waited on while two employees stood and talked to a woman that apparently used to work there.All the while the cars in the drive thru were backed up by 7. My script was sent over by my doc in the AM and at 5PM was still not ready. Went back to pick it up two hours later and still wasn’t ready. A little less talking and a little more actually working goes a long way. Made an appointment for a vaccine purposely before work so i would not be late for work. Spent 30 mins waiting for the pharmacist while i watched him drink coffee and talk to a co-worker. I actually had to go back up to the counter to ask when i was going to receive my shot because hey….. i had to go to work. Ive decided after this incident today that i will no longer be using Rite-Aid for my scripts or for any other service. Plenty of other pharmacy’s that can do the exact same thing hopefully in a timely manner.

I have always drove past this location on a daily basis for the past few years. I always just skip by it because, in my mind, it's Blairsville and there are other stores on the way. However, on a recent dash to grab items I just opted to finally go inside. That was, after all, I had tried out other stores nearby. I came in with my hopes low for the items I needed. I was surprised that they did have the items I needed. I did pick up a few other items that were not intended buys and made my way to the registers. The registers are always an area I hate to be at in a Rite Aid. They are not always the quickest to respond. Recently I noticed that a majority of them are starting to put a bell there to ring for an employee to come wait on you. Makes me wonder how many times people have just walked out of one of them. Whenever an employee did come up it was a pleasant experience. She was very nice and we chatted about a few of things which made me feel welcomed and like I wasn't taking up any of her time from her work on the floor. I hope she is given the recognition she deserves.

I never gave up on Rite Aid during the tough times. They have THE BEST staff: pharmacists and techs. I got my booster from one of my favs. Excellent job!

I've called in medications and about 5 days later there still not filled Then tell you they don't have the medicine it will probably come on the next shipment You call them instead of going to pick it up and They never answer the phone anymore Seriously thinking of changing places You need to get it together

I've been going to Rite Aid Pharmacy for years. The staff is super friendly and most of the time the pharmacy is very efficient. However, over the last few months service has been slow. I called to refill my prescription a week ago and it still isn't ready. I know businesses have been short staffed but that is no excuse. I've been thinking about switching pharmacies to get better service. Rite Aid pharmacy also closes earlier then what they claim.

So I called into the pharmacy today when my script was supposed to be filled yesterday. The girl on the phone tells me that she will try and get to it today if she can....what why ? She tells me that I have to wait because they are over ran by vovid vaccines and I have to wait on them to finish vaccines and my medications come second. I'm very disappointed with this service and I am taking my business somewhere else they don't care about you or your well-being.

I understand people get busy but waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes with 1 car in front of you is ridiculous. If I didn’t need my antibiotic bad a enough I would have left.

Had me pay twenty dollars for two pills. Gave me no options after Insurance Co. dropped my meds from the formulary. Found out about Good RX from a friend and paid twelve dollars for nine pills at Giant Eagle. Went two months without because I could not pay full amount. Will never go there again! Go somewhere else if you want friendly helpful service!

Pharmacy was great!! Very helpful when I was very stressed due to problems with insurance and other pharmacies. They had my sons prescription filled very fast too!!
