If I could give zero stars I would and they are only getting two because I like the pharmacists. I'm not entirely sure who hired the 70 year old (not pulling age discrimination) but the last time I was there she was dressed inappropriately with her belly ring sticking out and a crop top on. She asked for my birthday, never my last name and went on to argue with me that my prescription wasn't there even after receiving a text from the store that it was ready. She told me in front of the entire counter that I was argumentative and out of line, how I should of got the name of the person who filled my prescription and I talked to that morning, made me get out of the pick up line and go back to the fill line...
Guess what? Another associate asked for my birthdate AND last name. She walked over to the hanging meds and found it immediately. 70's teenager asks "how did you find it?" The associate "i asked her name".....
The associate needs an award. The pharmacists are always so nice but the 70s teen needs to be a cashier by the makeup ?. She's a mess.

They sure went down hill it's a dump anymore change to a different place if you can they are messing up bad and they don't even care they lie to your face and when you call them out on it they are like opps idk what to say

Tried for days for Rite Aid to transfer a prescription due to being out of town the local pharmacy where I’m working has tried and they don’t get any answers

Unable to speak with anyone via telephone. Went through the voice prompt loop 7 times in 20 minutes. Called again and no luck going through twice. I have a question about a prescription and am unable to get an answer. Not customer friendly.

I've been getting my vaccines here since covid. Every single time I made an appointment. Every single time I waited no less then 20 minutes. No one said a word. Today I walked out. 30 minutes past my appointment time, they called. Nope. Too large. Never again. Big line in the drive through and big line at the counter. Everyone irritated. No concern at all from staff. ✌️

By far the worst experience at a pharmacy. Waited over an hour while 15+ other customers were provided service because my prescription required an extra step to fill. Tried calling over 3 times so that they could fill it but they don’t answer the phone either. I will not be returning to Rite Aid after this experience.

Possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve had to use since our local pharmacy closed. It’s been 2 weeks of trying to get my prescriptions filled.

My father unfortunately has to use this pharmacy because the local Mainline pharmacy went under. He’s always complaining about the service at this location and how they NEVER have the perceptions ready even though they text you and tell you they are ready for pick up. They will also give the run round that they simply don’t have your prescriptions or will say they need additional HOURS to get anything filled. He has commonly even had to wait until the next day for very important antibiotics and other prescriptions to be filled. This cannot be tolerated when providing life saving medicine, I have suggested he change pharmacy’s ASAP! My Father says “been going to different pharmacy’s for 50 years and never seen one this bad!”

Awful every time I go there employees are very disrespectful, they say your prescription ready and never on time … really need Mainline back! Three months later still lack of communication/ prescriptions called in at 6AM they say they don’t get it til you pull up to the window at 4 pm ( confused) changing pharmacy asap

Terrible pharmacy. Always a wait. You can wait days to pick up meds and they will still feed you some line they are backed up. They have to restock the meds. Years of complete incompetence. They clearly need more help but rather than hiring they just make everyone wait. Switched to a local pharmacy but then it went under.. so now we are all stuck with corporate greed and incompetent management.

If I could give zero I would messed up my child's meds been waiting for 2 days messed my wife's blood pressure medication lady at the drive thru is a joke never seen a 70 year old teenager
