“We felt the need to share a very good experience we had at the store this morning. For a Christmas gift we wanted to get calenders made for relatives. We pre shopped Friday and the representative told us to come back with pictures on a flash drive and it would be quick and easy. So went back Saturday morning to find out with absenteeism the rep was not there. Gretchen had not done that task before but said she could figure it out. Not only did she, but she went above and beyond! Gretchen was kind, patience and professional. She was awesome to work with and really helped us out. A very good employee and should be acknowledged for the work she does.Thank you Gretchen.”

I called the post office and the woman I spoke to (I'm so sorry I cant remember your name!) got off the phone, got in her personal vehicle and came straight here to unlock the boxes and find my packages for me!!! “Starting with other negative reviews: this store and its workers alone cannot control the way UPS distribution centers, delivery drivers, and other UPS staff handle sensitive packages. I feel like it’s 2024 and we all just expect our stuff to get broken. I don’t agree this specific store should hold the blame for broken or missing packages - but rather UPS as a whole
This store is always well staffed, especially during holidays and other busy times. They are open at reasonable hours and any line in the store moves incredibly fast. Staff are patient and kind. Makes me dread returns a lot less having this store in town”

“Three stars because of the friendly staff when I go, but this is a small post office that doesn't have the shipping systems you would find at one of the bigger post offices. Recently, I tried to send a Christmas present to my friend and used this post office to ship it. Tracking the package, me and my friend were so excited when it said out for delivery but then realized it wasn't in the right city. It was marked as undeliverable and sent back to me. Looking at the delivery, it stated that the city it was out to be delivered in had a zip code ending in 8 and my friends ended in 0, which I'm guessing there was an error in what was written on the shipping slip that the post office rights because my addresses on the package were marked clearly. because the staff is friendly. But, this is a small post office, and I had the experience that an error was made shipping my package. Not thinking to look ahead at the hours, because most post offices open at 8:30am (I thought they all did) when I took the package back to get the error resolved and get my friend her now very late Christmas package, I found out that this post office doesn't open until 9:30am. Luckily, I was able to go to the Blairsville post office and they fixed the issue.Would recommend sending out letters from here or buying stamps, but it may be better to drive the extra 5 minutes to Blairsville to make sure the delivery is entered right in the computer.”
