Will never shop at any turkey hill ever after today's experience at the birdsboro pa store. And neither will my kids. I'm 62 years old and went in for gas, a lemonade and a pack of cigarettes. After telling the big chubby guy what I wanted, he said he would have to see some id. I told him to give me all my money back and that I will never set foot in another turkey hill again. In PA if you appear to look under the age of 30, then they should id you. I don't look under 50. The big dummy cashier was just trying to show his authority. What he did though, was make his employer lose alot of money from me shopping there in the future. Eff all turkey hills and that big slug of a cashier.

A lot of the time the system is down to no credit no EBT only cash bt there is no notice in front of the door before customs walk in to purchase anything Make people aware of a situation before they enter

Had the worst egg, bacon, cheese, on crescent this morning from Turkey Hill, Birdsboro! Paid $4.99 for a tough to chew breakfast sandwich. Last one I'll ever get from Turkey Hill!

I bought Ben and Jerry's fish food ice cream today and I got home and was very upset when I opened the container and saw that my ice cream was freezer burnt out his has happened the past two times I've gotten this ice cream it has been freezer burnt to the point where I can't eat it and I'm very upset now because now I'm hungry and can't eat my ice cream and I wasted my money on this ice cream I just wanted to write this because no one should have the experience I had and this should be fixed.

Friendly staff.But they need to change out the fresh donuts more often. This week I stopped twice to get a dinner in the morning.. both times I got still donuts. They were not edible.

The chip card was malfunctioning this morning and I wasn't even rude. The cashier stood there with a snide look on her face and went to put my stuff back without even seeing why the card reader wasn't working. My husband went in after I did and witnessed her talking about me rudely to another coworker. She stated that my card was probably old.. it's brand new btw. Their chip readers and credit machines have gone offline several times in the past couple months. This is not the only issue I've had at this store. I'm going to start going elsewhere tbh.

This place has just become a hang out for the local homeless people. Every time over the last 2 months coming here there are locals hanging out either inside or right outside taking up handicap spot. It's disgusting eating food from outside of the shop and just taking up the seating area that's now here. "Service" dog always laying in the middle of the floor and house for the dog is in the back of the handicap truck out front. It's just dirty and looks atrocious all the time.

Very bad experience here, I mean come on, it's 2022 not 1990. Cash only business, tiny sign on door printed that cannot be seen when door is opened. No problem, but ATM at front walkway is broken and all of this realized after pouring a coffee, that will be trashed anyway, so why not comp it to the customer. Never returning here after all of the money I have spent in the last year at this store. Lost a good customer

I wish this store could get 0 stars. Been going here for years, tiny door sign said “cash only”. No problem, ATM right next to door, ATM has blank screen and all of this while commuting to work after pouring coffee and all. The location seems to be a magnet for mishaps and mayhem. Never plan to return again.

Always out of coffee, creamer or stale. Smokers stand next to the door which is great if your a smoker, inconsiderate if not. All the saff smoke so I guess its not an issue.
