“It was a blessing to get a hold of these guys after calling three different companies that claimed to be 24 hour roadside assistance, only to find out that they didn’t have anyone on call or would only work with people with AAA. This company took my call right away and started leaving in my direction as soon as possible so that I didn’t have to wait on the road anymore than absolutely necessary. The driver was kind and polite, and very quick and efficient to get my car where needed to go. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of roadside assistance.”

Gentleman at the front was very kind, & this U-Pull-It has the easiest sign in/entry process than any I've ever been to. Went in for a center console latch, left no more than 10 minutes later very happy. Price was way more than fair for me, I'll be checking this location first before any others from now on!”

About a month or so later, there was a small problem with the vehicle but the owner of the garage took care of it right away and really stood behind making sure the vehicle was good to go and we were happy. It's always a gamble buying a used vehicle (and sometimes a new one?) but I've been happy with my experience at the Bridge.”
“The salesmen in the parts department are very good. They usually give you the right part. When they don't, they can take a good ball breaking. You can also get tires and/or tire repairs at the same time with there tire shop out back, which is very convenient. The guys in the back can also take a good ball breaking. What else can I say about them, convenient location on RT. 61 southbound side. They will get you in and out asap. So God bless them.”

“The mechanic was straight up honest with everything from the start, even had me walk to the back to see it myself. He also called pep boys for the parts and prices as I was standing there, fyi some shops won't do this, most shops will get the parts but won't tell you how much was actually paid so they can charge you more. In my own experience, I really have nothing bad to say and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you!”
