“Very friendly and professional! Long story short I took my car to Mavis which was a big mistake they ended up completely messing up my tire and I had to get it replaced for their mistake. I came here and they were so nice and took me right away for a tire install! Only $20.99 to get a tire put on and he even took the time to look at the rest of my car to make sure Mavis didn't mess anything up! Safe to say I will only be coming here from now on!”

“I needed my car inspected and decided to give Touba Collision and Auto Repair a try. I entered the reception area and was greeted immediately by LaLa. I expressed my desire to have my car inspected she explained to me that the person that normally does it was not available at the moment and made a phone call to Melanie at Touba Tires. I went to Touba Tires and to my surprise Melanie was waiting for me outside! As soon as I mentioned her name she greeted me with a warm smile and said LaLa had just spoke with her about me. She took my car in the garage and took e-card of her business!!! I’m telling you Touba and it’s Employees LaLa, Lester, Melanie, Galax are some of the ones I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with. I got my alignment done & they were thorough. Not the typical "toe & go" half a$$ job & for a reasonable price (what alignments typically go for -but you get what you pay for here). “I’ll be very honest. Dulin’s isn’t going to kill you will kindness. They’re not rude or unfriendly, but rather very straight to the point. However, that’s not what I’m looking for out of a mechanic.
They won’t screw your over and up charge you on every little made up thing to go wrong. It’s hard coming by honest mechanics nowadays and we’ve had nothing but great things to say. I had another local place tell me my breaks were at 95% and may not get me home if I didn’t replace them right then. I came here at the suggestion of a friend. He took a look at it and said, who the heck told you your brakes need to be fixed? You still have half the life on them.
Prices are reasonable and help save a pretty penny in the long run.”

“BJs is one of two local, huge, bulk item, box stores.They have almost anything you could need or want - clothing, food, bed mattresses, small kitchen appliances, holiday decor, TVs, office supplies... Whatever is on the shopping list.My general observation is that you can get some occasional deals but the appeal is probably much more about the convenience for really stocking up on items.Don't need just one? You need a pack of 30? BJs is a great solution.The store is clean. Ample parking available. Their own branded gas station is right there. Wheelchair accessible automated doors. Handicap parking. Friendly staff.They have a lot of self check out stations when paying.No complaints about this BJs. It's good for when you need something.”

“Pep Boys has very convenient hours, performs a wide range of services quickly, and has stayed open while having a huge corporate transition to focus on services rather than retail. I have found that while the front desk service is hit or miss, with room to improve on cross training team members, if you wait to speak to a manager the issue gets resolved and is explained clearly. I give them 4 stars for staying open during such a drastic transition that has lingered waiting on their corporate. It is tough for folks to work with such uncertainty and they show up every day to work on cars. Angel fixed my battery today and showed concern that the car runs by testing it. I appreciate this!”

“I only get my oil changes done at this CJ tires and with my last oil change they made a mistake that resulted in my car stuck on the side of the road bone dry because all of the oil leaked out. I had to get a towed to a shop because I thought there was something seriously wrong with my car but the oil filter wasn’t screwed on all the way from my last oil change. Thankfully there was no lasting damage to my car because my boyfriend caught it in time but we spent a lot of money on the tow and diagnostic. I called CJ’s and told them about my situation and that I would like some sort of reimbursement. I feel any other business would’ve tried to fight me on this, but they asked for the receipts, owned up to their mistake and reimbursed me for the charges. The general manager of this store is amazing and even though they made a mistake that could’ve resulted in severe damage to my car, because of the way they handled it I will come to the shop as long as I’m living in this area. Everyone makes mistakes even businesses because workers are still people. What matters is how the company handles their mistakes and CJ tires in Birdsboro did an amazing job.”
