This is the best internet I've had in over 20 years. There have been few disruptions. When I've had a question or an issue, their customer service is absolutely amazing!! I work from home so any disruption is an issue - and it rarely happens.

Cost is extremely high, service provided is extremely poor. To pay my bill it sometimes takes hours or days to be able to log on to the site to make payment.

Have had service electric for about 7 or 8 months now and the quality is absolutely awful. The Tivo boxes they now use across their entire platform are horrendous. Terrible picture quality and constantly freeze. Pretty sad they don't have any other options for your boxes. It's also very overpriced compared to Xfinity.

Very Happy with Service Electric. When we have any issues, they are quick to respond and fix it. All of the service guys that ever came to our home were terrific.

You know, not that any of this matters, but I feel it's time to change my review about Service Electric, they are not perfect by a long shot, but ever since Comcast has been coming into the area, they have been seeing a bit of competition. This is good, because they have really stepped up their game, better service, faster internet speeds, it really is a pleasant surprise. I hope the competition helps them continue to improve.

We have had Service Electric for our phone, cable and Internet for a number of years. It is rare that we have any service issues, but on those occasions, the technicians they have sent got here very fast and were always friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Service Electric!

UPDATE. NICE SOMEONE CALLED, PROMISED BILL WOULD BE THE SAME IF I RENEW WITH A CONTRACT. IT WAS NOT. GET OUT NOW GO WITH WINDSTREAM. SO SAD THEY WOULD DO THIS TO AN OLD GUY. O STARSCable goes out constantly. They seem like they dont care about you. They raised my bill 10.00 without notice. I called didnt wanna switch im to old. But they said well we will give you the same price but had to sign a 1 year contract and i believe it was 140.00 so more than my discount. Probably because they knew kenetic by windstream was offering a 100.00 gift card. BUT MAYBE CONSIDER THEM, you get much faster speeds. They are probably all bad, though. The guy that had me sign the contract was nice, but that's about it. Bad company. KICKER IS MY CELL STREAMS EVERYTHING FASTER N I HAVE TOTALY UNLIMITED HOT SPOT BY AWSOME TMOBILE Should drop cable all together. With tmobile and google connected to tv, i dont need them at all. I'm just old n believe having a backup. But sad when your phone is faster and can do several devices all at once. When we moved her, i thought they were so good n nice. Boy, they fooled me. My mode is installed on the floor. teck didn't even lenthing cable 3 ft, so we can put it on a small table. But i will say he also was nice. Come on, please. i really thought you guys were so good and fast at first. Maybe i will take the 40.00 hit and go to windstream. My service is so slow. Im sure they won't even call me about this. I feel like i was intentionally tricked to just sign a contract. They shouldn't do that to a loyal customer. Just keep the price fair system working n wouldn't have to yrick people. So sad

Service was OK. My internet was going in out. It's better now. He said to call if it kept up. Said I need more power I can't spend anymore on my service right now. I'd rather see if the problem dissappears.

Had a service call to find out why I was having outages. Turns out my Netgear Nighthawk modem router combo are not made like they used to be. Tech ran a ping test, verified all cabling was good, and showed a 3% packet loss from my modem router. He then ran the same test on the wall port, and found 0% packet loss.Customer service was very thorough on ensuring this was taken care of.

Huge internet/cable TV monthly bill. Prone to occasional outages due to car crashes, weather or no reason at all. Premium channel line-up gets stale real quick, a ton of useless channels including a huge amount of channels directed towards specific genres. Customer service and techs ok. Better performance FIOS and cheaper than Comcast.

Joe, in customer service for new installs was awesome! He went above and beyond, by contacting supervisors and other companies on my behalf to correct an IT issue. Then followed up with me, days later, to make sure my self install went smoothly. Thank you, Joe! Work ethic and professionalism like yours are hard to come by these days.
