“I moved to Maryland and everything was well until my run in last year with I am guessing was the storage manager. I did not like her attitude, I did not like the way she spoke down to me. There was information not given when I first received my storage and I was trying to explain this to her. She was very rude. If I had the time and a place for my things I would have took my items that day. But I was in town on assignment and did not have time nor place for the items. So, because of her attitude and behavior this would not be the first place I would recommend to my family or friends for storage. How you speak to people and treat people places into the entire experience. The storage area and place was not an issue, but the attitude of the manager was.”

“ACE Moving initially came out and gave us a free estimate for packing and moving. The person who came out was on time and was thorough. Once we selected them they sent four packers. They arrived on time and had all the necessary packing materials. The household goods and furniture were going to several different locations so we had to decide on where several of the items had to go that were being packed. They did a very good job of packing and marking everything and at the same time were very quick and efficient despite our indecision on several of the items.They moved us the following day, again they were on time. The furniture and boxes were loaded very efficiently & quickly. They had to off load at 2 different locations which was done efficiently. There was no damage to any of the items. We're very pleased and would recommend ACE Moving strongly. Their attitude and professionalism made the move much easier than we expected and they're under their estimate.”

“Great place climent control drive thru. as long as your truck isn't over seven foot three or so. Super clean , secure safe. They just have it all and the owner's I could go on all day about them. Super friendly and easy to talk to and very respectful. The only place rent extra storage.”
“Very easy to rent storage from this company. They have various locations around the county and you can rent directly in the website or they have kuosks located at each location. Prices are a bit high in my opinion but you are paying for the security they use. Worth it.”
