RR Games put new gray speed cloth on my Valley pool table this morning and I'm very happy with how it turned out, and I love the light gray color, this is the exact same color that US Open tournament games are played on. These guys were pleasant to communicate with, showed up on time, and did a professional job on my table, all of this at a reasonable price. I'm always pleasantly surprised when I hire someone for a project and discover that they are honest and caring about my stuff. Thanks again guys for a great job, and I highly recommend RR Games to anyone looking for a pool table or service :)

RUN. We investigated getting a card with them years ago to get a pool table as they were offering 0% interest. Why not?? Good as cash, right? We finally decided against getting the pool table and never used/ received a physical card. There were zero emails, phone calls, or paper mail regarding this interaction after the fact. We had actually thought it was just an inquiry. A hard inquiry showed up on credit report but no credit usage/ accounts. Fast forward 3 years (last week) to receiving a ding to the credit score. Turns out some obscure account was closed recently. It did not show up on 3rd party reporting but did show up on the official credit bureau reports. Took about a week of going back and forth with the credit bureau to find out the slimeballs at R&R did indeed open a credit card. I believe we technically gave consent (it was almost 3 years ago so it's hard to remember specifics) but it feels so dirty. I will never do business with them on this principle alone. It is clear to me there was a credit card quota that needed to be hit and we fell victim to it.I have learned to be more diligent with what I consent to when exploring retail credit. Take my loss as your warning, R&R are not your friendly neighborhood billiard store. They are a slimy business attempting to wring anything they can get out of anyone who walks in the store.

Recently bought a pool table from R&R and was impressed by both the product and service. The sales rep and owner were very helpful during the purchasing process and the installers, John and Bailey, were fantastic - skilled, friendly, and professional. They set up everything perfectly. I highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer in the future. Thanks for everything.

My parents gave me their pool table but it had been very well used and we needed help transporting it. RR Games did a wonderful job transporting, re-felting it, and adding new pockets. It practically looks brand new now. The whole process was very quick and simple and for a reasonable price.
