We were in town from South Carolina, and the starter died. We had to get back on the road the next day and were so fortunate to find Nate's. Kyle was professional and sympathetic to our situation. He was able to get a new starter installed and had us back on the road in just a few hours. We honestly couldn't have gotten that kind of turn around service at home! Very impressed and appreciative of everyone there and highly recommend them.

i was visiting Bird In Hand and got a screw in one of my tires. I was told to go here and I'm glad I did. Tyler was extremely polite and professional. I was back on my way in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with the service I received. Five stars !!

Theirs substandard mechanics and creative billing practices made it necessary to take our car to another garage to fix what they did wrong. Our car was left unlocked over night. Fortunately nothing was missing.
