“From the time Jon at the front desk checked us in, til the time Jon checked us out...the trip was just amazing! The Hot Buffet breakfast had everything I could have wanted. The Sweet Tea available in the lobby 24/7 was the icing on the cake!! It tasted just like my mom used to make. We were there over a snow day, and were happy sitting at the pool all day long. Each person we interacted with was nicer than the next. And I liked that we were in the Adults Only portion. I highly recommend this place and we're already trying to plan when to come back!! And, added bonus, close to so many restaurants and things to do.Rooms: King Grand. Great layout. Plenty of space. Humongous bathroom with a clawfoot tub!! Plenty of room for us with all our toiletries! and loved the separate toilet area.Walkability: Due to the nasty snow storm we got during our stay, we decided not to drive anywhere on Friday. We walked out the front door, walked a few feet and were at the Smokehouse BBQ for burgers & fried chicken. Definitely convenient!Noteworthy details: All the staff that we encountered, from Jon at reception to the ladies working the kitchen and eating area - very pleasant and helpful.”

“Very clean, and fun things to do on the property. About a 160 with tax on an offseason night. Blowing drying my hair made the lights flicker. Could hear the kids on the floor above us running around at 5 am.”

“Just a single night stay, but it was very pleasant. Room was larger than expected, though a tad dated (not surprisingly). Bed was very firm, which is different from what I am used to but I still slept well. Good water pressure in the shower, and the room had a microwave and mini fridge. Definitely willing to stay again if in the area.Nearby activities: Short drive to tons of shopping (outlet malls) and activities. Lots of good food options as well.”

“Stayed one night while we were visiting Amish Country. Lots of parking spaces available. Room was spacious with 2 queen beds. Beds were okay, kind of lumpy. We saw they had a pool. We didn't use it but saw some kids and families there. Breakfast was good, good variety. Typical hotel breakfast: waffle maker with 2 flavors, yogurt, cereal, eggs and sausage links.”

“This place is truly one of our favorite hotels. We have been going to Kitchen Kettle Village for many years and discovered they had some rooms that you could stay at. We have stayed around ten times now and we keep coming back! This is a place that truly cares that you have a great and memorable time. So much better than the hotel chains out there and prices are reasonable. This most recent time, we had a snow storm and the village was closed however the staff made sure we had enough of everything. We were also invited to a lunch even though the place was closed. We met TJ at the cafe and he was incredible making us lunch and chatting with us.This place holds a special memory as I came here as a kid and now to take my children here with the outstanding service, we will be guest for life. 10 out of 10 Kitchen Kettle!”

“Nice place for family.... but no wifi across the whole resort. Was here for a week and said that they were waiting on a part for a couple of days... seems more than a couple of days... should be notified and rooms should be cleaned daily. VERY DISAPPOINTING!”

“I got married there ten years ago! It was beautiful, amazing, and affordable for our budget. It was a Sunday morning and so my guests went to the champagne brunch for my reception, then we had coffee and tea service with my cane in a little hall. It was such a perfect day and my guests say it was their favorite wedding ever! I haven't been in so long because I moved across the country, but anytime I can I will go back!”

“Well after many many years of staying at the same place for our annual family trip, we decided to move on. This was our first stay here but will not be our last! Everything was perfect starting with an easy check-in with a very nice employee. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was an excellent grab-and-go breakfast. We loved having coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water available in the lobby all day and night. My son enjoyed the free popcorn and the indoor pool. And such a perfect location - you can't ask for much more. We can't wait to return on our next trip, thank you so much.”

“Loved the staff, very accommodating ..we had to get a different room as we had a last minute issue with the # of people in our party..thats where the staff accommodated us at the last minute.. the room we had switched to, the floor was a little dirty compared to the original we had (was spotless)so, not sure if they were prepared at the last minute for us to go into that room..sketch pad in room to draw and give to hotel staff to display was a nice touch!”

“Pros-The inside of the hotel is very impressive-Restaurant was good.-The pool area is very nice. Although the hot rub is tiny and most of the jets dont work.-Efficient checkin/out, good staff-Right in the middle of downtown-Great views from the upper floorsCons-The mattress on the pullout sofa (we were told these are the quiet rooms) is so uncomfortable, I don't think any adult could sleep on it.-The bathroom has no fan so the room would get smelly-The bathroom door is fogged glass so if someone is in the bathroom while others are trying to sleep it lights up part of the room.-Too firm mattress and lumpy pillows-This is a tiny nitpick, but only one side of the bed has outlets”

“The Harvest Drive Family Inn is in a great location. Very close to intercourse without being on a main road. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The walls between rooms are very thin, we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. We had trouble getting the heater to work, so the room was a little chilly. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again, just need to bring some earplugs next time.”

“They have what you need and it's right across the street from the outlets. The room was ok but the carpet was worn. Breakfast was good and the crew working it were outstanding.Rooms: As I stated, the carpet was worn. I also wish the bed had four instead of three pillows but that's just my preference.”

“The Internet and TV weren't working in our room. I needed to sit in the hall to attach to the wifi. I booked room through Expedia and was supposed to have a fridge. Upon check in I was told that is only for deluxe rooms. I didn't see a difference on booking.Nearby activities: Dance competition. Very close to Tanger outlets.”

“When I book this online I was thinking low class but I was extremely surprised, very nice rooms, the room was clean no holes anywhere ,carpet was clean, room had no musty smell, air conditioner and heat works great. The only fall back I found was the rail in the bathroom came loose. the sink is lower than a normal sink would be but it was very nice. The nighttime guy is extremely nice, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is coffee or apple juice orange juice grape juice, bagels with either butter or cream cheese, they also had a variety of muffins and danishes and stuff like that. But it was definitely worth the price that we paid which was not expensive at all. The daytime guy is really nice also. This will now be the hotel we stay in when we go back to Lancaster”

“Me and my brother ADORE Cartoon Network.(My favorite is we bare bears, and his is adventure time). The ambiance was Awesome and amazing! There are cn characters everywhere and even the rooms are amazing, and the food is great. I would suggest the wings in the fire wolf sauce(yum). The breakfast was cold, but it was good nonetheless. Sure the prices in the gift shop are pretty expensive, but you can get some of the merchandise in the omnicade! And you can even do a scavenger hunt for a pin. BUT last but not least, the bear cafe! It's a cafe, but we bare bears themed. I love this place and I wish I could never leave.”
