“I needed to find a place in a hurry to ship something to DC overnight. I walked in at 5:38 and I was 12th in line and there was one lady behind the counter. I thought there's no way I'm getting to the counter before this place closes at 6pm. People had things that needed to be wrapped, weighed, sorted, and sent. The lady behind the counter was like an octopus. She was working the register with one hand, wrapping withe other, giving people who walked in with pre wrapped packages directions on where to put their stuff. She was amazingly good at her job as well as being engaging and nice. I walked out at 5:58. 20 minutes in and out with 11 people in front of me (2 behind me eventually). What a great experience.”

“No offence to the other reviews on this post office but have you ever been to a different post office before? This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”

“The Post office box at my building has a lock that is not working...I had a pkg delivered thurs or Fri last week, I cannot access it, had another pkg delivered this morning, same thing, cannot access. I had something to send, so I took the time to go to the post office location. I took care of my outgoing pkg and then mentioned the issue with accessing my pkgs...so a supervisor came and said to meet him there (I'm just a couple blocks away), and he fixed it!! Well, I was able to get my pkgs, and the lock needs to be replaced, but he's on top of it!!”
“I’ve been to the store twice in the last week. I was overwhelmed and they helped me through the process. Thank you! Can’t imagine how tough it’s been over the last few years dealing with upset customers, including myself. I was gonna leave a negative review then realized half of the trouble I’ve experienced shipping things were self inflicted. The folks there have helped me sort things out properly so everything ships smoothly. Anyway, hope you all find this encouraging. May more smiles come, more encouragement, more love and more peace come to this store and to Caln Township. Thanks for everything you do. “Amazing place. Want to take a passport photo, you are in and out in few mins. If you don’t love the long lines in USPS, then this place is for you. You don’t have to guess what type of packaging you need to use. They will help you. They even store your previous visits info and can pre-populate your destination information. They make the experience quick. I even used them for mailing my passport application. They knew what was needed and where to mail. People working in there are really helpful and do their best to assist. I would recommend this business for all of the services I mentioned above.”
