I called and spoke to deb. I usually use another company but not only was this cheaper, the service was amazing and very reliable! It shows how supportive their staff is when another client of theirs told me to call to “just see”. Well I “just saw” and we will be returning customers!

Elisabeth Chambers· January 3, 2018I could not believe when the propane company I used since 2007 could not get out to fill my tank last Thursday. My tank went from 20% to 5% over the bitter weekend. When I called yesterday I was told they could not even tell me what day they could get out. The secretary said they have a lot of customers and everyone was getting in line. Out of desperation I drove to National Energy. What a difference in service. Ginger and the girls could not have been nicer. She had a driver there who was refilling his truck. She asked him to swing by on his way out. I had propane in less than a half hour after visiting them. I'm so blessed and happy to have these people now as my fuel company. Being nice and kind goes a long way with me. Customer service is a thing of the past - but - not for these people. Thank you Ginger and company for being there for us. Goodbye State Line Propane.

We got our first delivery today. Extremely happy, will recommend to everyone I know. Driver was excellent, our one tank is a pretty good distance from where he had to park the truck and in the past we have had drivers from other companies get an attitude because they had to drag the hose so far but not him he was great!
