Went there a week ago for coffee , I was surprised the floor was clean around the coffee island along with the island ; unlike some stores, and the coffee was great!! Thank u 7/11

Biglervile has very few options when it comes to convenient stores. A year ago this would've been the best place to go but now that these new owners took over they've hired new people they never have anything on their shelves it's dirty and disgusting and the guy that works nights is so ignorant and rude!!! I'd sooner go to Getty in Arendtsville and pay extra just be able to get what I'm looking for and to be treated with kindness!!!!

good food! nice little corner shop to get a quick snack or drink. the employees are chill although some don't seem to really understand some stuff we ask for but there still respectful and nice, although there is a old lady who gets mad whenever a "students" walks into the store she's is normally the one who enforces the "2 student in the store" rule.

Went in for a cup of ice, added a little less than half a cup of root beer for a hint of flavor, I mainly just like the ice, I get to counter and ask how much it is for mainly ice and the older lady with gray hair charged me 1.60$…? I laughed because a few times before that I went in for a few things and she didn’t charge me for the ice, she was busy with boxes and stuff behind the counter and told me that it was mainly ice and to go ahead. The other cashiers don’t charge for ice either. As I was counting out the change I mentioned how the other people don’t charge for ice and she said that she isn’t them and looked at the other (new cashier) smiling ?!?! So I gave her 1.80$ and said they needed it more than me. Why act like that when you know it’s rude, you’re going to see me again and again and it’s going to be weird for her now. That’s extreme and very unprofessional as she acted like an old grump, while a new hire was watching!! It might be time to call it lady! Smile and act polite, the world needs it.

Had a lottery ticket for $15 to cash in. The assistant manager Catrina decided she was some sort of detective and asked me when I bought the ticket and why I didn’t cash it in earlier like people don’t work and have life’s. Anyways she couldn’t do her simple job of scanning the ticket and giving the customer their money and we had to argue for 10 mins about the issue (me trying to get money for a winning lottery ticket) was still not resolved. I’ve been in the same line of work she is doing and I’d never acted how she was, it was sad and pathetic. Saw 7/11 was for sale might have to buy it now just to get better staff.

Never been to this small town 7-11 before, but I felt like I was home walking in. Staff was amazingly polite and friendly to talk to and ask questions. Plus great deals on drinks to keep hydrated, major plus!
