Bought necklace via etsy for 700.00. Put it on my neck and my skin immediately began to itch. Immediately informed them and sent the necklace back. Now they refuse to refund me or send the item back. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER BUYING JEWELRY OFFLINE. This was through Esty which was also a big mistake. Im my opinion these people are scammers whose fake jewelry made me itch

Do NOT sell your jewelry to these people. They will rob you. They offered me $250 less then what I got at 'Stefko Cash for Gold'. Good thing I am not stupid! At Stefko they are honest and straightforward about the prices. Westgate just wanted to give me the lowest price possible. So sad.

Polite, Professional, very knowledgable and Fair priced. The variety of items and different levels of prices. You can find Fine items, Large stones or Large settings, antique, to costume pieces. I believe anyone can find what they want. Plus remade earrings from screw on to pierce for me. It's worth the drive for me. Thank You!

Westgate Jewelers did a phenomenal job on refurbishing, sizing, and replacing a stone in my engagement ring. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is unmatched. Will definitely be back for any repairs in the future.

Service is excellent , Samantha has always been helpful Ina pleasant manner & Laural's Knowledgable experience guarantees expert watch & jewelry repair ! Although it took Time due to the scarcity of parts my Vintage OMEGA Chronograph Mark II Professional watch is back like New ( purchased at Hess's in 1973 ) !

I always enjoyed going there especially when they had the sidewalk sales. Staff is friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable.

Stopped to get my watch resized, very nice people and had great prices on everything. My girlfriend and I ended up spending a couple hundred bucks, will definitely stop again!

I've been to Westgate several times for simple watch adjustment or batteries. I've had excellent service all times. The new location is not easily found though

Pricing was fair. Customer service was subpar. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable. I went in and was quoted 2 weeks, after 7 weeks I finally received my products- one of which they didn't repair (and made it worse). I will not be returning and would not recommend it.
