The folks behind the counter seem so impish. I went into the bank the other day, said I would like to deposit and the person behind said "you can only deposit here if you have an account here." Why would I walk in saying about depositing money without an account? Inserted my card, waited a bit before the teller did anything to get the card reader to work. I also had to ask for the "how would you like your receipt" prompt. I usually get one emailed to me but they never give me the option and just print one out there.

Having issues in the past with both personal and banking, I am so glad I went to the Westgate location. JENNIFER was down to earth, and I never felt more comfortable going into the bank and talking to somebody. I hope the higher-ups at Wells Fargo see this message and give Jennifer the credit she deserves because she was awesome.!!! Thank you so much Jennifer for all your help. I know I had a lot of questions and I will have follow up phone calls with you, but you never seemed to mind. Again I do thank you for getting me back on track!!

This location service was aweful. They asked me to use my debit card but I did not remember my pin. I asked for another way to prove my identity and withdraw the money. She told me she couldn’t help me withdraw the money without my pin even though the other bank I went was able to help me with the withdrawal and getting a new pin. I just want to complain about the service at this that location and how they treated me. I felt a little profiled based on the way they turned me away and another bank was able to help me with all my issues and resolve them. I was told over the phone I could go into a bank to create a new pin so I didn’t understand why they did not let me make a transaction when the only way to get a new pin is to go inside a bank. I would not recommend this branch at all especially the way they treated me.

Great service way better than the one in bath, PA location on main street. Rude service over there. Wanted to withdraw 4,200 treated me like I was a drug dealer or a criminal.

We were moving from upstate NY to CO. Three hours after leaving our car made a noise and then shut off permanently. After finding out our car was shot we decided to buy a used car. We stopped here to discuss our options for pulling our money together from our various checking and savings accounts. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and walked through all of our options. The person who helped us even called the dealership we were buying from for us to help negotiate through some of their policies to get everything settled. We could not be more grateful for their service! It was a truly unfortunate situation but they made it much better.

These folks are beyond the pale- an example of misleading fraudulent behavior in the financial sector that stretches over years to include not just fake accounts, but deliberate misleading information being provided in all aspects of their business. Having spent multultiple hours dealing with them today and over the last week, I see a culture where accountability is lacking, a canned response is made substitute for any real action, and theft is commonplace. Keep a sharp eye out, read the fine print, and most importantly- be smart and take your business elsewhere.

I change bank because the teller scream at me. I am a customer, have some respect the bank was full and many people saw it, and told me to call corporate. I did and nothing was done worst branch to go. all I did was answers a question she ask me why am I there I told her I'll wait and pointed at the men in the desk she scream sit down you could had said someone will be right with you can you take a sit and I was in a chair waiting for a bank representative that's sitting at the front desk but I did see everyone running counting money did the bank lost money don't take it out on me and also be careful with the quarters. I got 20.00 dollars in quarters and 3 of them were Canadian quarter they need to be more careful with there coins.
