Went there twice in span of a week and they did not have a Banker available to open an account, which is a 15 min job for any efficient employee. So pathetic.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Went here to make a deposit into another person's account they asked for my id which I provided. Half way through the transaction teller asks for my bank card or credit card after I already told them I do not bank there. Why do they need such information. That is personal. I used to work for this company bank in the day and they are horrible. The things they would try and cover up and get away with. It's all public information. Look it up before you bank here. Zero stars if I could.

Just went in right now, only 2 tellers. Personal banker wasn't there. I was told I need to call to make an appointment to open a Savings account. The teller told me to go to a different location. Update: Went in yesterday 11/9/21. The teller that helped me had a bad attitude, there was a very young supervisor that seemed fed up with her job. And the third was just trying to get some help. This location of the three tellers is always a hot mess.

I work for a business and the one lady wasn't going to let me deposit my checks into a business account that I've done a thousand times before and the parking has all the bank tellers blocking one lane so you can't get out of the parking lot if there's one person in front of you It takes five hours every time I go there because of this reason there's always five people in front of me and all five of them take an hour to their things last time I sat there for an hour and 45 minutes waiting for the lady in front of me to get done with her transaction

Great bank but when it becomes to getting overdrawn you will be pain no matter what $30 4 every transaction that's being overdrawn

Great branch, amazing service. friendly and professional. i have been banking with them ever since i signed up for a checking account at this location 3 years ago.
