Poor communication and customer service sums up my experience.On 3/14/2024, I called and spoke with employee John and explained to him that I bought my lawnmower from them a couple years ago and was now inquiring about getting the blades sharpened. He asked if the mower’s ever been serviced. I explained that I change the oil, air filter and spark plug each year. He was condescending as he said that’s called “maintenance” and again asked if it was ever “serviced” to wit I said I guess not. He recommended it be serviced for $105 + cost of parts and said I could bring it in the first week of April. He further said to mention the appointment was made with him and I would receive 10% off my bill.My wife dropped off the mower on 4/5/2024 for “service.” When she did, she spoke with a different unknown employee who she described as pleasant to deal with. After telling him about our appointment for service, he questioned whether we had problems with the mower. She said no and told him about the maintenance I perform and how I was concerned with the blades. This employee told her that if I am handy, she could take the mower home and I could remove the blades myself and just drop them off. She then put me on the phone and I told him about my conversation with John who recommended the servicing. This employee I spoke to sounded reluctant to accept the job, as I got the impression that he didn’t think it was warranted. Ultimately he said there were some additional things they normally do during a servicing in addition to the maintenance I explained I performed and said if we still wanted it serviced, he would oblige. We left the mower.After not hearing anything, my wife called on 4/12/2024 for a status update and she was told the mower would be ready next week.After not hearing anything, my wife called again on 4/17/2024 for a status update and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the following Tuesday (4/23/2024). My wife said during this call, the unknown male employee was rude and short with her.On 4/20/2024, they called and said it was ready, but would be closing in two hours and then I wouldn’t be able to pick-it up until they opened again on 4/22/2024.On 4/22/2024, my wife went to retrieve the mower. After taxes and fees, the bill was $130.97. She mentioned the appointment for the 10% off and was told to receive such, we would have to pay cash. This wasn’t communicated prior and my wife didn’t have cash with her at the time, thus we paid with a card.Based upon this whole experience, it’s doubtful I will ever patronize this business again. Again, poor communication and clearly the term “appointment” doesn’t mean the same to them, as it does to me.

If I can give them, no stars, it would be zero because their service is trash. Very rude and unprofessional and their prices are ridiculous.

Had my lawnmower serviced here and was impressed by the level of professionalism, timely communication, and quick turnaround time. I didn’t know what the issue was but they were able to get things up and running again. I had my mower in and out within 24 hours. The labor costs are pricey, but you’re paying for their expertise. I appreciated that they cleaned off my mower and had it looking brand new as well. As someone who knows nothing about mowers, they provided me with insight and education around how to better attend to things going forward.

If you want a Honda lawn mower or snow plow, this is definitely a place to check out. It's also a great place to have equipment tuned up or repaired. I bring my Honda lawn mower in every year before grass cutting season. Lots of parts and items to keep equipment running its best. Very friendly, patient, knowledgeable service. Parking in front and side of store.

They had my mower for 3 weeks and still counting for something that they quoted would take 1-2 weeks. Their costumer service is poor. I called to see when it would be done and they said next Thursday. Well Thursday came in went and it’s still not done. Three weeks in counting for something that is 1.5 hours of labor.

My experience here was great, 1st time doing business with them Very nice very knowledgeable. Looking forward to doing business with Them again. Have to change my review on this one, Walk in to buy some parts back in November Of 2021 For my snowblower Meanwhile Put my name on a list for lawn mower service So they call when there is an opening for service so you can bring it in that call never happened so I called in January February and March Each time I called was told it will be 2 weeks call back again Well here we are end of March call back and said to me April 18th So much for the list That I was on question him about the list he said that he did not have a list this year I know better I've seen him write my name down In the notebook don't lie to me, you sir no longer have my business.

Took my Toro snowblower in for a tune-up. Two nice people working there but no hope for my snowblower, there was no compression trying to start the engine. It was $21.00, so we made a deal. I gave him the snowblower for parts,calling it even. I'll be bringing my mower in for a tune-up in thespring. PS, To save you some time, they only work on Honda and Toro equipment.
