I had gone into this location to send out paperwork for my mother. We just lost my father in June. It was one of those sad days for me, and Nadia was so pleasant and helpful, she really lifted my spirits.

This place is horrible, employees all have attitudes, understaffed. Wait time is ridiculous. They NEVER pick -up the phone for a simple question! Avoid at all costs!

Went there for my Passport. DONNA was the ONLY one who really helped me with the process, (smooth and efficient) and she is so kind.

Went here for passport photos and she did a great job taking those who had appointments and while also communicating with those that didn't that they would have to wait, but will get taken cared of.

Horrible customer service. They keep losing my packages. And the lady in the front doesn’t even try to see if it’s in the building. She told me to write my number on a piece of paper. And said “I can help whoever is next”. Very rude.

I travel from the city of Easton to this post office on Wood St Bethlehem because of the SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE I always get!!!! Been going here for years!!!!! Great work Ladies!!!!

Top tier post office! I ship plenty of packages out of this location alone with daily visits. Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely helpful.

ERNEST was super nice and efficiently handled a line out the door with 20 minutes before closing. He didn’t let loud and irritating customers bothered him and offered great service. Thanks Ern

Horrible post office ; less than one star.........no one answers phones, poorly run , deliveries botched....just another government run business that gets away with everything and anything. The postmaster needs to react or be let go . The next step all that receive poor service need to do is go to the Postmaster General ; if necessary to the local congressman. All seem to be setting very low standards for the people they serve.
