Trying to figure out if anyone works here at the 4th st office on the south side of Bethlehem because I have called 9times and it rings all the way till it says “please enter your remote access code” I don’t understand why after 9 calls not a single soul is answering the phone!

Would give 0 starts if I could. Arrived at 11:30 this morning as they advertise they close at 12:30 , doors were locked and not a person to be spotted inside….Have tried to come here multiple times before business hour closings just to be met with locked doors. This is a government building that can not abide by standard opening and closing times as evident in multiple reviews, and seem to just be doing whatever they’d like. If we can’t have a reliable post office why have one at all. Issue should be elevated to the city.

Came here at 1:40 on a Friday trying to drop off a package before work. There was a sign on the door saying “on lunch break back at 3” a little absurd

I'm a proud former CCA & am writing this review for the same reason I write all reviews - to honor and acknowledge exceptional service.I had such a wonderful conversation with Mike (#1 Mike don't get it confused) while dropping off a mailpiece today that it validated & reinforced what a true career looks like.God Bless the USPS. I walk up to the door and there is a sign that says out to lunch be back at 3:15. It's 2:30 right now. Are they serious? Noone to cover? About as unprofessional as you can get.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a week and I told them when I’m available to call, so unprofessional all I need is a call so I can get my package I haven’t had my package in 4 WEEKS!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional place, the lines are always out the door. Sometimes I’m waiting 45 minutes. Not because it’s busy, but because the workers move super slow and TODAY I went to drop a package off, there was a letter on the door that read ‘out to lunch be back at 3:00’ it was about 1:30pm. Very unacceptable, & unprofessional to leave the post office unattended.
