These are the rudest, laziest, most incompetent people you will ever meet/deal with. You will not get your b package on time and there is a good chance it will be broken when you do. These morons are nothing but problems. If you have a choice do yourself and everyone involved a favor and go with someone else. ups need to stop package deliveries and let that business to a competent company. They should stick with nose picking and drooling because their employees do that well

I use this terminal for 20+ Will Call pallet pick ups a year of close to 2000lbs. each. Always courteous, he4lpful and quick to load my vehicle. I very seldom have a problem with any damage, and when I do, it is minimal and not the terminal's fault, but an "in transit" problem.

The overall experience at this UPS Freight hub was amazing. From people on the phone to the loading process. I won't hesitate to use them in the future. Wat to go UPS Freight.

Past two deliveries I had to send our own drivers to the warehouse because they did not have drivers and they ended up dropping one of our pallets use anybody else

You suck! Been waiting around all day for a package that was scanned in at your warehouse at 630am, then loaded onto truck and out for delivery by 930am. And then I get a txt saying my package is out for delivery and will be delivered by end of day. Well it's 8:55 and I just got another text saying that my delivery will be delayed another day. I don't care if your driver has had a long day I work 230am to 4pm everyday. I needed those wheels here, and I paid extra for shipping for faster delivery?l. Why you must ask, because I freakin needed the damn wheels. And now I'm held back again, by your idiotic company.
