Worked there for one day and quit the next. Working conditions are abysmal. No fans in trailers. Employees pass out from the heat inside. Have still not received a paycheck more than a month now. No way of contacting them directly. They just refuse to pay me for the full day of work I did there. Staff is toxic and rude.

Is there any direct number to this facility corporate is not giving me any answers
and I went there before to get my phone and everybody was so nice. Is there anyway I can talk to somebody at the actual facility?

Said my package wouldn’t be delivered. Awful customer service and horrible team. Said they “attempted” but nobody came to my house. Disgusting business. This is why I prefer USPS.

The UPS employees were awesome. Especially the driver we talked with in the parking lot. Who just happened to be our area's delivery driver. Shout out to her. And the nice lady who opened the gate for us. We were there picking up a package from NYC which has listed our address wrong...

Horrible horrible service !!!My box was last scanned at this facility physically, which means they stoled it and are not giving me any where abouts now!!!It was scanned on the 2/24/24 and there after was suppose to be in the trailer to Houston but there was only trailer scans !!!This is outrageous! I will never count on ups every again and will make sure to publish this every where I can !! I have insurance on the box but the problem is the stuff in it including social security cards . If I don’t get any response I am calling the police to this location !

The customer service sucks. Theres no number to contact for the closest driver managers. I rather rate a 0 the drivers dont knock on the door or wait awhile for someone to open the door or there isnt no gps so we watch where I can see of their coming when im in the bathroom (tmi) but still if your drivers dropping a package off to a house that is 3stories we should be able to track by using a gps. By 10pm isnt an regular time frame. When you say by 10pm im thinking thats the time its going to be here by. Now if there isnt a time frame then say it can come all day or between this time to that time. I never had so much a problem then I do with ups.

Drivers are horrible. Didnt knock or ring the doorbell. I have ring, so ringing the doorbell would make my phone go off. I was home, he waiting maybe 2 min, then left. Wish i could fed ex instead of ups. 0 out of 5 stars. Had to give one.
