This was hands down the easiest and best solution to moving. I lived in the city and after calling many options, UNITS was the only company who could navigate my tight driveway in the city. They delivered the unit with perfect precision, then moved it to our new house on settlement day, and picked up the empty unit a week later.
Besides how convenient this was to lessen the stress of moving, Joe and Mike were so easy to work with and care about their customers. I will never look to a national portable storage brand again - these guys are it!

Absolutely LOVE this company! After a horrendous experience with POD storage I called UNITS and Joe was very helpful from the start. He came and placed my unit exactly where I wanted it in the yard. Instead of telling me no he would not place it on the grass like the other company, he was transparent in explaining what he would/would not be able to do in terms of placing the unit. Pricing was better than the other company as well. You can tell he really cares about his customers experience. Will definitely be using and recommending them for any future moves!

This was my first time using Units moving and storage of the lehigh valley, and I couldnt be happier. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional, everyone that i dealt with, especially the delivery driver (I could kick myself for not being able to remeber his name) he was the nicest most helpful young man.

This was my first time using UNITS, and I could not have been happier. I initially called a larger, well known company, but they were very expensive and would not have been able to deliver the containers to my new house on the day I wanted them to. With UNITS I saved over $1,000 and I could tell from the moment I called that they were reasonable, flexible, and willing to work with me. It was a breath of fresh air. I called several times before the containers were delivered to change the date, and was only ever met with understanding and a willingness to do whatever was needed to make my life easier. Tygen delivered the containers on the scheduled day, and he could not have been lovelier. He was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly and polite. This has been a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to use UNITS again and to recommend them to anyone with storage or moving needs.

If you need a storage unit in the Lehigh Valley, make sure you call UNITS. Christine, in the office, was a pleasure to deal with. She is courteous, efficient, and professional. My unit came on time and was placed exactly where I wanted it in my driveway. The UNiT was clean and easy to load and unload while I had my hardwood floors redone. The job took a little longer than expected but Christine was able to extend my contract another week. Pickup was scheduled in advance and gone on time. Thank you to everyone who helped make my experience a great one! I highly recommend UNITS! Serving both PA and NJ.

I want to thank you. In a time of pure chaos and absolute confusion your company and the employees made it so easy for me to transport my furniture. But that isn't the service you provided, Christine was sweet and so personable. She was in constant communication with me and updated me thruout the process. Jason got us our unit a whole day before we were scheduled and the other driver ( didn't get his name) we're so helpful and kind.You probably are unaware of how much of a difference you made to us. Downsizing 20 years of memories into a smaller apartment was difficult but the employees were compassionate and considerate. I would refer you to the most pickiest people.Your service is outstanding and your employees are to be commended for the delicate task we faced. One of the best storage/moving companies. I recommend you highly.Thank you

They did an awesome job, i think it was jason on the phone explained everything answered all my questions, and when i was ready to start loading they got the container out the next day, Professional and very understanding. Thanks to the driver as well he did an amazing job bringing the container and placing it where i wanted it. Overall very good experienceThank you UNITs

I had a wonderful experience with using Units to help with my move. I got the container for a whole month so I got to load it and they picked it up and moved it and I unloaded. It was great because the move less stressful.Thanks!
