Terrible. Used this service for Tom Hall Auctions shipping & they ripped me off, they charged triple of what I would have paid doing it myself. They pick up several items from the auction house weekly, so the transportation and time involved should be shared, not added on to each customer's bill over and over. The box arrived crushed on one corner and destroyed the actual Baccarat box. There was only a few pieces of packing paper inside the box (see photos of how pool this was packaged). This vase is several hundreds of dollars new & it was not even protected in the shipping box!! I will NEVER use this service again and purchase from auctions multiple times a week. Further, I reached out to the shipper and told them I was leaving a negative review because they refuse to offer any sort of refund for the damage they caused and failure to pack sufficiently, as well as grossly took advantage and overcharged.

I had a time sensitive package come in yesterday. Despite calling them and being told they would hold the package, they refused to accept it once it arrived and immediately returned it back to the sender. The person that answered the phone at the mail center denies speaking to anyone about the situation :(

Slow AF Every time I order a package it gets through each mail facility within the day yet every time it gets here it gets stuck and takes at time 3 days to make its way through this facility.... They need to speed their process up.

Conveniently located on Lehigh University's campus and makes picking up packages and letters easy. For students, they will let you know when they have a package or letter for you. Can ship packages usps, ups, or fedex here and they will give you the prices for each when you ask.
