Selected this hotel as a place to stay prior to my wife's early surgery at St. Lukes. No wonder why this is been rated #1. From the time we arrived the service was beyond excellent. Attention to detail was very evident. It felt like you were staying in a home, not a hotel. Hat's off to management and keep up the great work. Have a lot to compare this to as traveled world-wide for years.

Classy, historic location. Needless to say it's pricey, but that was expected. Food & drinks are very good. Your date will be impressed.

Ate there for the first time recently over the Christmas holiday. Great atmosphere beautiful decorations. Had lunch and food was excellent, service superb. Lucked out with a window seat to catch the horse and carriages going by. Love the pics of hall of fame past customers quite impressive. Great spot to stop for drinks. Server was excellent and recommend the cheese cake for dessert. Would definitely recommend making reservations.

12/9/23 Wedding. Everything was beautiful and perfect for my son's wedding. Emilie was amazing and took care of everything. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. So happy they chose this location.

Both the Taproom and Terrace Room are wonderful settings, especially during the holiday season. I've been there for lunch twice in the last month. While I prefer the regular menu to the holiday menu I enjoyed both of my meals. Both grapes I were with left their lunches as well. Really appreciate that they have gluten-free options.

My husband and I stayed here overnight, and had breakfast here the next morning, during the holiday season. This hotel is the best of the best; in a class by itself. Everything in our room was genuine and worked well: the bathroom fittings (marble shower, extra large bathtub); very high quality, heavy, 100% cotton towels; complementary bathrobe; 100% cotton bed linens, duvet, and extra bedspread; genuinely hot and cold water; complementary air freshener. The room Keurig coffeemaker was heavy duty, and came with high quality coffee, tea, and accompaniments. The Christmas decorations in the reception area were tasteful and beautiful. Breakfast took awhile to arrive for everyone in the dining area, but the servers handled this professionally and courteously. Our breakfasts (Belgian waffles) came with fresh fruit, real whipped cream, butter, and maple syrup, beautifully presented, and tasted great: the best I have ever had. All the staffers with whom we had contact (valet, front desk, wait staff) were helpful and professional.

Stayed at Hotel Bethlehem 10/ 24/23. I would rate my experience 100% . when we got there we were greeted by Barry/ Bellman who could not have been nicer or more helpful. At the front desk had the pleasure of meeting Marcos manager of guest experience who was above and beyond wonderful. We felt like he was our best friend for years . He did everything to treat us like visiting royalty. Maria at the front desk so sweet and made amazing hot cider for the guests to enjoy. Bellman Travis drove us to the casino and picked us up while we enjoyed conversing with this remarkable young man. Every employee we encountered there made us feel special. Everyone had a great attitude and went out of their way to make our visit remarkable. The hotel and our room was beautiful elegant spotless. It is with great pleasure that I will look forward to visiting the Hotel Bethlehem again in the future.

We arrived at the Hotel Bethlehem and were immediately met by Barry! He greeted us with a smile and proceeded to load all of our bags onto the luggage cart. As soon as we were checked in Barry brought all of our luggage to the room. He is friendly, courteous and a shining star at the Hotel Bethlehem!

Stayed here in Sept 2023 with a team of 6 while bikepacking the D&L Trail. Stunningly great property and service over the top. Very elegant. The hotel, with the help of the great bell staff, secured our bikes in the basement mechanical room over night. Highly recommend this hotel and will return!

Recently I experienced a wonderful 2 night getaway with friends at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Notwithstanding the hotel ambiance, the attention to all details by the friendly staff and the historic prestige of the venue, I want to thank and complement Bellman Barry for his immediate , cordial greeting and assistance upon my arrival and his sincere, unsolicited support during my stay. For my departure, Barry also drove me to the airport providing enjoyable, educational conversation during the drive and assistance with my bags carried into the terminal. Many thanks to the entire Hotel Team.

Outstanding Historic Hotel in the Beautiful Historic City of Bethlehem. Its like stepping back in time , the hotel is beautifully furnished and staged , all the staff are very attentive and so helpful and friendly. Plenty of underground parking at the rear of the hotel. We had a beautiful room overlooking " the Star of Bethlehem " which is a beautiful sight. The bed was very comfy , shower room was beautifully finished in marble with a great shower and lots of hot water. We had Dinner with friends in the Dining Room , the food was delicious , however the wine is ridiculously overpriced , I appreciate you are in beautiful surroundings with a unique view but still overpriced , the waiter was the only rude member of staff we dealt with, we were actually asked to leave as he wanted to go home , very disappointing after spending many hundreds of dollars. The Hotel is centrally paced in Historic Bethlehem with many restaurants , boutique shops - ( hotel shop is amazing ) - restaurants etc all within easy walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back in March, despite the unpleasant Dining experience.

If 10 stars was an option I would give it. Bellman Barry is the best!!! Went out f his way to give us a ride when he was under ZERO obligation too. We were at a fantastic wedding hosted by the historic hotel and the night was capped off by the best experience with Barry. Simply put, whatever they pay him is NOT enough. Give him a raise IMMEDIATELY!! He is a 10/10/10 employee and an even better person. If possible I would hire him to be a friend and be in my life full time. I can’t wait for an excuse to go back to that hotel so I can spend just those few minutes in the car with Barry. God bless his sweet heart.
