Had a good experience for the car I wanted. Worked with Alex and got me a good deal on the vehicle. Vehicle was clean and drives pretty good with no issues. Definitely where helpful and they where able to work with what I had to put down and worked around my budget for the vehicle that I could afford. Would definitely recommend

Pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable, professional. Worked solutions and made process less stressful than it could have been. Wei did and excellent job explaining thing to my son, Peter and Chelsea did a great job, making things run smooth. Amit runs a good business. Highly recommended.

I filled out my online application and a nice female name Erin called and working with me at 12noon. I waited all day for a call with finance and no one ever called me back. I called @ 2pm . I called at 3pm I called at 4:30pm and I called @6pm and they continued to say they are waiting on a bank. I called at 7:15 and a rube person name Xzavier from sales picked up the phone he was very dismissive, Rude and arrogant. After I try to explain the run around I got since 12noon He told me all the banks are now close and that they didn't get an approval for me yet. I told him to cancel my application because it was a waste of my whole day and I could had went somewhere else if they were to busy for business, He said ok I'll cancel it no problem and hung up!! So embarrassing and a disgusting way to deal with customers who have been on stand by all day!!

Chris was amazing to deal with and so was all the staff at Taj! Not only did we get the car we wanted but they made it pretty painless! Definitely will come back again!

Christian was AMAZING! Just bought my first car & the experience from beginning to end was extremely positive. My family has also purchased vehicles from Taj Auto Mall & we will continue to because of salesmen like CJ! Highly recommend!

Thank you for a great experience!! I came in today with my teen daughter for her first car after she saw a few cars she liked in their online inventory. She saved, she sought, she conquered! CJ (Christian Jesse) was relatable, easy to talk to, and had some amazing tips for her (and me!) regarding car ownership.
Some suggestions I have before coming in...
First, call CJ and ask what to bring and let him know when you're arriving.
Second, come with a list of cars you already like from their inventory. (figure out your budget!) But be open to recommendations based on your list - the car she chose wasn't on our list, and now it's her baby.
Lastly, unfreeze your credit if you've frozen it with the bureaus (d'oh!). lol
The process from my first call to CJ to test driving to co-financing to leaving the lot was easy and enjoyable. We'll be back when it's time for another ride! I look forward to being a repeat customer. Thank you, again! :) :)
