Purchased a car April 27, 2023. To date (9/7/2023) we have not recant copies of the paperwork - loan, extended warranty etc. We have called and have received promise of call backs, left numerous messages, emailed, private messages and nothing. Lot of one star reviews here but I bought a Toyota Camry recently and love the car. Runs great. Moral of the story, buy Toyotas, Subarus or Hondas if you are buying used cars. Maalik seemed like a good sales rep.
