I am not even sure if this is correct the community can decide. I walked up at 7:55 (they close at 8) to find the doors wouldnt open and the security gates almost fully closed. Now there was a storm in our area in the last hour, however the entire stripmall had power. Plus on top of it 2x employees a man and a woman standing by the check out 1 that was lite up (so that tells me they were prob open and choose to close early) saw me.... so imagine the feelings that I am having at this particular moment I am beyond lost and confused about where I should be if this place should get a 1 or if it should get about a negative 500 like it should. The worst is all I wanted is a car charger for my andriod bc we are set to be without power till 3 am tonight. Would have been super quick in and super quick out. So much quicker then it took me to write this post I am about to write, and how annoyed I am at this experience I may NEVER USE STAPLES EVER AGAIN! Like I said the community can be the judge, I have generally had mixed experiences here at this staples over simple things, too. But this one definitely tops the cake

I’m thankful for another customer helping me use the printer. The staff couldn’t be bothered with any of us. We tried to approach the two workers and it wasn’t busy at all. They would go in the back and avoid us. We even asked nicely as they walked right past us and pretended not to hear us. I worked for staples for many years a long time ago….. way downhill.

Although I love staples def for Amazon returns. I got staples brand white out and it was awful. I got white out Bic brand and there was 2 different kinds. I grabbed both and went to the check out counter and asked what was the difference between both. the guy working the desk, Christmas eve, said "I don't know the difference," and walked away. He was not a "people person" to say the least. He was not friendly he was actually rude, did not offer help, for all he knew maybe I didn't know how to read. Don't work with customers, if you don't like people.

This is for the Lehigh St. location in Allentown PA. Your website said you ship Fedex. In the store there were signs. I asked to ship it and both clerks said, "We don't do FedEx." They told me to go to CVS. Yeah. The pharmacy. The pharmacy doesn't even ship packages. Why would they do that? These clerks were both new and had no idea what they were talking about. I asked for a manager and one of them was the manager. They wouldn't budge so I had to drive 45 minutes through rush hour traffic (I'm off all week and would've been at work for three hours at this point; I shouldn't have to deal with this) just to find the closest FedEx store. Went in, dropped off my package and left with a receipt. So much time and more importantly, gas, wasted. Screwed up my whole morning. Screw Staples. Your employees are incompetent buffoons.

Always professional, friendly and staff work efficiently. It can be busy but you always feel they are making an effort to keep the line moving.
