Was there yesterday. Stood on payment line for 15 minutes with excited kids only to be told we needed to register at some computers "over there". Why isn't this posted at the entrance? Muddled through entering multiple pages collecting a lot of personal data; names, our ages, addresses, phone numbers and email address. Had to electronically sign 3 pages of legal disclosures to basically not hold them responsible for injuries. After completing all of this we had to return to payment line behind everyone. Then told my registration was not complete or correct! Well of course, I wasn't trained on how to do it. Isn't that what staff and employees do? No, silly of me to expect any customer service these days. Back to the computers and had to start from beginning but with an employee to be sure done right. What a waste of time. Staff should enter your data to accommodate customers. Again, silly me expecting business to consider the paying customers' convenience. Then back to payment line where a male manager just stood there looking at a long line while 2 registers were closed. He should have helped. I've had an easier time getting through US customs when traveling than getting into this place. By this time my opinion of this place was already soured. Once in, staff ran around barking out numerous "rules " to follow. I understand safety concerns but this constant comment was annoying and stressful. Not a positive experience for anyone. We actually left before our time limit was up. Yes, we will not return. Many other more fun activities we can do without being charged to be hassled in multiple ways.

I came with my kids and niece and I have to say I am disappointed. I have a one year old and despite of it I was told I needed to pay full price. The only area for “toddlers” was behind that net and was told that If I got into the trampoline part I would have to pay full price as well. My daughter because is only one was not able to jump and I spent only few minutes from the 90 minutes I was given. I go to the snacks session and I ordered fries and a soda. This is what was given to me. I looked at the employee first in shock and second upset that this was what was brought to me. I spent over $125 for a not pleasant experience. Will not return and will not recommend

It's a little pricey for your kids to jump. They want to be a member, but it cost you $22 per kid the joint every month which is very steep. Your socks were 599 for a pair of socks which is really ridiculous. Don't get me wrong. The place was very clean bathrooms were clean and her food prices and drinks were overpriced.

Don't waste your money. 27 dollars to jump for 90 minutes on a weekday (NOT INCLUDING SOCKS) all for teenage kids working there to not allow kids jumping at a trampoline park to have any fun at all! Go to Freefall or Urban Air and better spend your money!!! One teen working theretells you you're allowed to do something, then 2 minutes later another one says that's not allowed. What a waste of time.

In comparison to other trampoline parks this one is clean and appears well maintained. The staff here is young which is problematic as their friends come and don't follow any rules. The staff was not enforcing the safety rules for their friends. My daughter and her friends are 7/8 years old and I was constantly having to pull them away from these kids. I watched staff rough house with their friends and really just let them do whatever they wanted. I wouldn't go back for safety purposes.

I’m in sky zone in Bethlehem PA right now The entertainment is so great for kids the food is 1 star me and and my family just got fries and and Raw undercook cold Nuggets and flat soda not Once, but twice in a row to the Point we had to ask for a refund. If you come to play please come. But No food its under cooked and over priced I’m sorry and flat drinks all these things always have to be checked. But we are still here with the kids still enjoying the afternoon of fun at sky zone with the trampolines and the great games they have for kids. Then we will eat out

It is fun if you follow the rules and jump with your age group or people with similar weights. It is fantastic when there aren’t a lot of people and safety is guaranteed; however, when kids and adults are all running in all directions and do not follow the rules, accident could happen. We have heard at least two instances of broken bones. So we try to watch extremely closely and only go with birthday parties with very limited time. It is fun when there are a handful of your friends around. Avoid when they are crowded. When you sign the waiver, you are giving an OK to broken bones already.

My 12 year old daughter absolutely loves this place. She has been going to Skyzone since she was little. She loves not only jumping on trampolines but one of her favorite activities I'd playing Dodgeball. Last year we bought her a yearly membership. So that means she can go everyday for year for 2 hours a day. Also on Mondays they allow a free guest to also jump. They have a Glow event at a certain time and days, which is you wear a glow in the dark shirt and they turn off the lights and you can see things glowing while you play and jump. They have an obstacle course and a foam block pit you can jump in and more. They have a special toddler area for ages 5 & younger....so they are away from the craziness of the older kids. They have games and claw machines. They have a food, drink, candy counter where you can purchase different food and drink items. Also have tables and chairs to sit at while you eat or wait for your children. You can also reserve one of the party rooms for a birthday party. Very reasonable priced and kids live it.

Trying to cancel a membership and they are giving me the run around. Been up there twice trying to cancel and still wasn't able and now I have to go a third time! They tried telling me my payment wasn't processed as I'm looking at the deductions from my bank account. Then she tried to tell me I had to wait another month to cancel bc my first month was only a dollar bc of the promotion! Why does that matter? I still paid for three months! Just cancel the damn membership! Never again will I go here.

Visited Sky Zone today for a get together with friends. All the kids had fun which is all that I could really ask for from a place like this. They have a trampoline area, a foam-square pit area, an obstacle course, basketball and dodge ball. The biz was clean and staff was friendly. They also have a small concession stand and an area with games. The prices were reasonable and the kiddos jumped/played for three hours so I feel like I definitely got my monies worth ;)

We really enjoy taking the kids to Sky Zone. The place is clean for having kids here all day long. I wouldn't eat here however due to the quality of food. Last negative is ? games. You will almost always have money left on the card but can't use it. We just the card to others.

Won't be back - was overcrowded and they are not enforcing masks so many idiotic adults were without them. I asked why they weren't enforcing it and was told that an adult punched a 14 year old over it at another branch location. I understand the staff (many of whom are teenagers) should not have to deal with that kind of violent, moronic behavior but the owners need to deal with it. Hire a bouncer/security guard to be the one to approach and deal with these individuals. I guarantee you they'll stop the nonsense. Additionally, no signs about who can be where, what the rules were, so I feel like we got yelled at the whole time for doing something wrong.
