Whoever was working at 3pm on 2/6/24 with purple and black hair was so so so helpful and nice. gave me many options and explained a lot of things to me. seems like she really cares about the health and results or customers hair. she was amazing!

Most of the time, they are very nice, but totally non expertise in the area of hair and beauty. Every time I go and follow their advices my hair comes out exactly as I don't want it!! It's frustrating. I said I'll never listen to them again and there I go again listening to them and messing up my hair. This time for real is, Last time!!!!!

I was there on 6/16/23 around 10am, I can’t remember the persons name who helped me but they were so nice and sweet and could tell they really loved their job. 10/10.

Hands down one of the worst pleases and staff. Very rude and nonchalant about it. I’ve been here 3 times in my life and each time its just gotten worse.

I gave it 3stars cus I luv the store and have been shopping there for yrs. But today October 31st, 2022. Ok I asked for a help for a product the color I wanted. N it wasnt there. So the man said to me oh we dont have it, n I have to bleach my hair. So I understand that, but rude. I said, I dont bleach my hair. I have a reason. But I have dyed my hair the color like a dark intense violet through Garnier hair color product. N never had a problem to dye my hair of the color I like. U as an employee, u shouldnt be rude to a customer. Ur rude! Just help the ppl dont comment ugly or say something u shouldnt say. Keep ur lips sealed n maybe ppl will luv u. But my vote to to u is a Zero. U will lose customer's the way u treat ppl like that. Now I'm one of the thousands of customer that gets treated poorly from u. Change ur ways n ur business will grow.

Walked in, there was 3 ish employees, 2 of them helping a lady check out/look at items and the other on a ladder greeting customers and asking them if they needed help. All of them saw me but none of them greeted or asked if I needed help. The man went out of his way to continually ask customers if they needed help but chose to ignore me. He rang me out and didn’t ask if I needed anything, if I found everything, nothing. Not sure why I was treated like that but please treat customers with basic respect you pay others. Not impressed. And don’t just reach in front of the customer and hit the “cancel” on rewards if you can’t find their phone number. That was incredibly rude. Ask if there’s a second number or if I’d like to skip it myself. Absolutely 0 reason to be rude/alienate a customer.

I called around 7:30pm on Thursday June 30th to ask a simple question only to be answered with a repulsive attitude from the store attendant. I could also hear someone else in the background laughing after every time the clerk would respond. Having some courtesy would have been nice… but it looks like I will not be shopping here any time soon.

The older lady with the reddish brown hair that wears glasses was extremely rude. I asked her if she had an item in stock and she was extremely hostile about it. I kept my cool because I don’t like people seeing when I get out of character. I just walked out the store

I just left this store with a horrible experience! I needed help looking for a specific color & I asked the blonde girl for help. She literally took me to the section and went about her day did not offer ANY help what’s so ever & I realized she was kinda in a hurry JUST TO TALK TO HER CO WORKER ABOUT IRRELEVANT WORK STUFF!! And there was only like three people in the store. I’ve had good experiences here but she needs to be removed because it’s really pointless to have employees who do not help you out. It’s work not a hang with your friend place!

We didnt get in to store yet right outside of and the lady think manger was rude to us then daughter talking to me about it and the other lady said something told her i understand but dont have to be rude and u dont need to come at my 14 year old like that

I went there for some nail stuff to do fun things with my girls and the product didnt work it was old. I went back to return it because I found it cheaper thru amazon and I was given a hassle because the associate didnt give me a receipt. The manager offered me an a exchange because she refused to believe that her associate didnt give me a receipt but I didnt want want to go through the same hassle and effort to be disappointed again.
