South 4th Street Rudy's has a temporary closed sign on their website so I drove over to Stefko at about 11:50 a.m. and there was a sign on the door that said closed. Why could they not also post on the website that they were not open as for South 4th Street did. We'll never go back.

This business has only self wash stations. Automatic car wash is broken.

I went to get gas here and paid for a car wash. When I went to drive around for the car wash, it was closed. You think they would have put a sign on the pumps or disable the car wash purchase option if it was closed. I went to the counter to ask for a refund for the wash, the cashier refused. That’s essentially fraud, charging me for a service you don’t have and refusing to refund me. He said I could take it to another location that was across town. He said I’d have to talk to a manager but refused to give me a phone number and said I’d have to come back on Thursday. Horrible horrible customer service, I will never be coming back here. That cashier deserves to be fired for his attitude, he blew me off like it was nothing. I hear there’s a great car wash on Linden.
