Not a very good experience, The owner did try to help me out but most of the blame was on Erie insurance, I was sent out a check supposedly never got it months go by. I tell them I need a check to pay for the insurance claim. They say they have to cancel it and reissue one. Why didn't they do this months ago?.

Service is friendly and prompt. I feel as though I matter to the Robertson Insurance Group. All of the office staff seem to be very relaxed, while accomplishing their tasks efficiently; looks like a good work environment, and, as a result, they are able to respond to clients in a similar, inviting manner.
