I just had blood taken and noticed it was a little more painful than last time. I mentioned I had blood taken a month prior but the phlebotomist took offense to my saying it was painful...like super offended by it.
I looked it up online and found out that you should only take blood from the same vein once or twice per month max. Needle punctures create scar tissue which would cause pain if going through the scar tissue. THAT's the information I should have received from my blood taking expert. Lighten up, would ya?

The phlebotomist, Michelle, was very professional, pleasant and efficient. I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for years and have always received the same professionalism from all their technicians!

We arrived at 07:30 for our scheduled appt. and didn't have to sit down and the nurse calls us back for the procedure. 07:30 appt. out the door at 07:36! Excellent service!

Had pcp fax over blood work tests and I took bloodwork tests in three times and still haven't received results. Urgently need results. Will not be going back!

I needed some blood testing done. I was able to make an account online, pay online right away and schedule in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived, the suite was well-signed. The check-in process was quick and easy. I then waited less than a minute before getting called back even though I was 20 minutes early. The phlebotomist found a vein immediately and the blood draw went quickly.Would definitely recommend this location, it seems like they are well-organized and good at what they do.

I have gone to this location twice in the last 2 years, and both times had a very positive experience. The first time I had an appointment, was called on time, and was in and out. This last time I was a little concerned because I did not have an appointment. I was called before I even sat down, and my phlebotomist, ( did not get her name), was amazing. She was friendly and patient and even let me know that one of my tests will only be covered by my insurance once a year. I was not aware of that. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received here and will definitely be returning.

I've been to the Bethlehem location twice, and was blessed to have Rose assist me on both occasions. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with how gentle she was, I did not feel a pinch when she withdrew the blood sample. The place is also clean and they see you on time.
