I didn't feel I was getting trained properly by Gina Castagnera, the customer service "supervisor”who is only a "supervisor" because mommy is the CFO. Training a new employee is going to take more than a few hours, and if you don't have the patience to do so, then you shouldn'tbe in customer service. I was shown processes one time and expected to be a pro at everything. No training videos at all. Thankful to Emily forshowing me as much as she could even though that wasn't her responsibility and she's a neweremployee as well.Jeanne in my opinion is a bully and not fit to be in a leadership role. She forces staff to participate in exercising multiple times a day and belittles staff if they don't participate. She also told one employee she would never find a boyfriend if she stays fat.They deducted 1.5 hours from my pay because they stated I was away from my desk too much in their eyes, they also accused me of clocking out in my car when I clearly clocked out infront of Gina in the office before I left. (Check the cameras) I drink about a gallon of water daily, which causes me to use the bathroom frequently. Feels like retaliation cause I quit, I guess they need the money more than I do. If Gina C. would drink more water maybe her face wouldn't be covered in pimples.HR wasn’t helpful at all, what a surprise. The company seems to be a “clique” and not welcoming to newcomers.

Fantastic Lab! I have been using Principle Lab since beginning of Covid and have many patients sent there including my family. Easy scheduling process, very punctual and always send results within 24 hours. Love this lab and will always use them and recommend them to everyone I know!

Fastest test results in all Bethlehem. I told them I needed it for my Flight to Mexico in 2 days and they worked with me and kept me updated for everything. They really treat you like family here. Even when I was on vacation they reached out just to make sure I got through, PLEASE COME HERE FOR YOUR QUICK COVID NEEDS

Great Experience with this lab. My family and I did all our covid tests with them after getting the booster shot. Always gotta be safe now a days! Results came back quick and we're negative, thank god! God Bless and Happy New Year!

So happy my insurance was able to cover by covid and blood work costs during a time like this. The pandemic was tough for my family. Had a great experience with customer service about my results. Definitely check out Principle!

My husband and I had covid symptoms so we got our covid test at Principle Diagnostics Lab and the results came back within 2 days. Im glad we got the results quick enough to know that my husband had covid so we didnt spread it to our other family members during thanksgiving. Thank you. Good spot to get results done quickly.

Copying the previous comment because why?! "You charge insurance companies almost $900 to process a Covid test??? Shame on all of you. Only the lowest forms of life take advantage of others in times of turmoil and despair."
