I called this location for information and was told I would get a call back. That call never came, I called two days later for a branch manager, and they never called me back. Incompetent from the top down.

This is a great business center. The branch manager and her staff were beyond helpful. My business is with a PNC branch almost two hours away. That branch manager (Parlin NJ branch) arranged for me to obtain medallion signatures in Bethlehem, saving me about three hours roundtrip. I truly appreciate their help.

My husband has an account here, not me. If I did it’s be closed immediately. We both work in healthcare M-F.. so we come in on a Saturday and the lady there was miserable. Telling everyone “I don’t know why people come to the bank on Saturdays. It’s just me here” huffing and puffing.Then we come back for a cashiers check, they spell the name wrong and “don’t know how to fix it”. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

Mallory spent a very long time calling HQ to get my problem resolved which has made my future banking there so much easier. She has a very good understanding of banking procedures, and got everything I was trying to explain to her. It's not easy these days to find people who pick things up quickly. She's amazing, I'm so grateful!

If you’re looking for a location with competent employees who are capable of actually assisting you and answering your questions, you’re better off going to another location. These people are completely ignorant of any ways or methods in which they can help you.

I called to question holdings on my account approaching the 5’oclock time frame. A operator took all my information and told me to hold. At exactly 5:02PM the operator took me off of hold and then hung up the phone. I couldn’t call back because it wasn’t within the appropriate work hours. This makes me so irritated since I was waiting on the phone for 10 minutes just for them to hang up. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for them to answer my question.

This branch would indicate PNC is broke. The drive up ATM IS CONSTANTLY BROKEN. Get your stuff working! You have to jump through hoops and be grilled by a Supervisor when making a withdrawal as small as $3,000 or they won't give you your money. Unreal
