“I absolutely love this location and the entire crew of staff apart of it. As a weekly regular, every SINGLE time I walk in, the entire staff stops what they are doing to greet me with a smile. I’ve never been in a bank with such stellar customer service and having 4 businesses that use Chase - I’ve been to quite a few Chase branches. This location trumps the others by a long shot in customer service. After moving to Bethlehem from NJ a year ago, I was stoked to see that one was opening near my home so I did not have to commute, and these guys do not disappoint. Thank you guys for holding my hand for my most recent business startup, and special shout out to Derek for going above and beyond today to get my back end issues ironed out.”
“I'd like to share my most recent experience and give kudos to Ariana for her outstanding customer service. I was at the drive-thru when I had an issue with this new 2 step process for depositing cash, where they need to send you a text and you put in your pinn. I made my opinion obvious at feeling this ridiculous for a cash deposit and didn't realize they wanted my debit pinn so I was asked to come inside.
Ariana was the the window inside and again, I told her I thought this was very time consuming and I'm standing right here with my ID so why the whole texting/pinn process.
Ariana stayed very calm through my frustration, taking time to explain as best she could, the many reasons for the change, and completely defusing the situation and helping me understand.
She is an incredible asset to any customer service position. TD bank is lucky to have her!”
“Great experience here with Jose. I had recently opened a new business and an account with Bank of America, who held my funds for 3 weeks before releasing them. Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later.I'll be sticking with this branch of PNC, thank you for your help and getting me set up.”
“Never been in the place. But I did notice their Roman numerals at the top of the building. (I've uploaded a picture.) I can't believe they have not corrected this in 100 years. It seems they wanted 1872 (MDCCCLXXII) on the left which is written correctly. But I believe they tried to put 1925 on the right by engraving MDCCCCXXV but you never repeat a roman number more than thrice. It should read MCMXV. Anyone know the story behind this?”

“This is a great business center. The branch manager and her staff were beyond helpful. My business is with a PNC branch almost two hours away. That branch manager (Parlin NJ branch) arranged for me to obtain medallion signatures in Bethlehem, saving me about three hours roundtrip. I truly appreciate their help.”

“Helen Meski fixed everything. Thank you, Helen!!!First, my husband has been using M&T for 15 years. We went in to cash a closing check from the sale of our home. They told him he could not because of "policy." I was there, with my ID, and he was prepared to add me to the account because the check was in both of our names. They said no. They called me his girlfriend, which I quickly corrected. Felt rude to assume relationships based on just last name. They also talked in Spanish in front of us to each other, instead of English. Also felt disrespectful and unprofessional. They did not provide a course of action, so we could not cash our closing check.”
