MAYBE a good bank, as your FIRST BANK. But they do not provide the level of financial service I am looking for. If your credit is new or starting out maybe, apply here!! My credit card was constantly locked every month. Which locked me out of me debit account until they unlocked the credit card for a suspicious $4 transaction that was a business subscription. When attempting to have the teller provide in person service they kept recommending I log in online and perform the service myself. But as you can see that sometimes is easier said than done.

Need an appointment or they won't even look at you. Sat there for 30 minutes while the loan officer stared at us from her cubicle to be told we need an appointment even though the website says walk-ins are allowed. Extremely disrespectful to members of more then 20 years.

RUN if you want access to YOUR money! I've had to inconvenience myself at least 3 times a month within the last 2 months because they shut your debit card off for any "fraudulent" activity.. too many swipes that a card reader needs, cards locked. Some days there are NO working ATMS, mobile banking is down with no warning, stay far away from the miserable women at the Whitehall Branch! I've been a member for 28 years and it's definitely time for a new RELIABLE BANK to hold my money! Now tonight my daughter is without her debit card because she Apple paid me twice and they flagged it as fraud!

This is a temporary location until the new location, which is a few feet away and will include a drive thru, opens. The space is small and the conditions not ideal but the tellers who work here move the line quickly and have amazing customer service. They invest in there relationships and often ask about my children and family which in turn, creates a hometown feel. All employees at this location are helpful and each visit is a pleasant experience.

This is about People First (PF) in general. We started with the office on Walbert Ave. in PA. When this closed, things got a lot worse because there was no reliable way to contact them. That would be enough to have us leave (their offices aren't close to us) but the benefit outweighs the irritation. The really good: I'm focused on earning as much interest as possible and I've done my research. Our account finally started earning more interest in the MM account. PF raised their rates and tiers, so that was a great help. Our interest on a little less $$ was $20 higher last month. Finally. It's easy to use their website and I wish they had a better and clearer one. Their CD rates are called something else and it took a while to find them. Their contact us is also buried and I was concerned about using it the first time because I wasn't sure what it was.The really bad: Not being able to reach anyone by phone. I went to an office and the super teller told me she wasn't surprised (I was on hold for 40 mins.) and suggested I text to the same number. I did and I don't know if I'll get a response and I don't like texting because it gets spammy. The other almost useless option is to send them an email from the PF website. I had sent two. I got one response that wasn't helpful. What keeps us there is the interest rate and I do like the tellers for the most part. I've been jerked around by the tellers in Bethlehem and mislead. But locally, they're fine. We've been using them for about 4 years.

Great customer service and one Bank for all your needs. People First Credit Union is definitely a community bank that looks out for the customers. Susan had helped me get all the accounts that I needed. I didn't feel that she was selling me on Products that I didn't need. I would Recommend this bank.

No drive thru and closed for a tiny bit of weather. Waste of my time and effort to get there. Very tiny inside. More than 4 people is crowded.

The Bethlehem branch is no longer at 1530 8th Ave Suite 101, Bethlehem, PA 18018. They are now currently located at the Bethlehem Westgate Plaza on Schoenersville Rd. No more drive up ATM or teller services at this new location.

Lacking horribly in customer service. Anytime I need to get a hold of a representative by phone at my local bank I’m on hold for at least 10-15 minutes, sometimes longer. Really inconvenient if you need to speak to a rep urgently about your account. My debit card had a charge limit (like most cards do) and I needed to extend that limit. In order to make a simple transaction I had to call my bank, and it took 20 minutes on hold. I just ended up driving to the bank to withdraw money. Useless customer service.

Customer service is atrocious - ridiculous wait times of 20 minutes or more without resolution - blocking access to funds for technology that is seriously lagging.

Why can't I leave zero? Can't get in touch with anyone on the phone but they will spend your whole time waiting on hold to sell you their products!! Between this and the constant flow of junk mail selling additional items I'm done. People First is the most rediculous name that could be given to this travesty of a bank.
