Ordered a book, was told it was in and then when I got there the man told me there was a mess up and it does say its there but it actually was not and that it should be there Tuesday. The UPS info even say it was delivered and checked in. I think it was given to someone else. He told there it would be there Tuesday so now I am trying to call to find out if it is physically there and no one is answering. It's pretty frustrating that I can't get anyone to confirm the book is there before I make the trek over and mind you the first time I went I went on my work lunch and had to stay late at work and ended up empty handed. Pretty annoyed by this.

I am enjoying the wonderful chemical-free, local produce. Market is easily accessed, good parking, local produce, baked goods, pottery, soaps, honey, herbs, and some prepared foods, and more. CSA is available or just shop weekly. Some produce is available year-round due to farming in tunnels. Check it out. I am so glad I did.

While the workers here are very nice, they leave much to be desired in the way of service/knowledge. Professors & signs in the bookstore will say something is available for rent, or as an e-book, the employee will say it isn't; then you'll have to walk over, show them the sign, then they'll make you wait longer to wait for the manager...

While the workers here are very nice, they leave much to be desired in the way of service/knowledge. Professors & signs in the bookstore will say something is available for rent, or as an e-book, the employee will say it isn't; then you'll have to walk over, show them the sign, then they'll make you wait longer to wait for the manager... Additionally, they don't even have all the required software for classes. BE VERY CAREFUL they might sell you the wrong software, then tell you they can't return it. They are also WAY overpriced.
