Paid for half a month, then for the whole month of December. Took everything out on the 10th of December. They advised me that there would not be a refund for the balance of the month that my things were not in storage. What an utterly complete rip-off.

So, I did write a 5 star review last month, but since then I've noticed that Dan isn't there anymore. I would only rent from him. My friends rent from these people, but lately they've said that the rate increases so much faster than other storage facilities. Last time I was there, there was a rude lady with a southern accent. She spoke to me like I was an idiot. And to see Dan working outside puzzled me. Avoid them at ALL costs. They will rip you off. 0 stars

My family is in the middle of a very nasty divorce and the site manager there is so kind and understanding. The office staff is so sweet. They understand my situation and know I have no control over anything. They are working so awesomely with this odd arrangement. Thank you for protecting my babies receiving blankets for me through this hard time.
