Let me start with I’ve came to this place multiple times and have bought multiple pieces of jewelry here plus repairs I have gotten done. I can assure you I will never ever come back again as I don’t think anyone should for the rude encounter I just had. The website states that it closes at 5pm on Fridays. I arrived at 4:23pm in order to pick up my jewelry that I have been waiting weeks for. I walk up to the door and it’s locked which is no problem but what I find incredibly rude is that the owner as he is right at the window points to the sign where there hours are posted and rolls his eyes with a shoulder shrug .How do you own a business and treat people in that manner a simple we’re closed I’m so sorry would have been the appropriate response. I stated to the owner through the door and window from outside your website states 5pm and again he shrugged his shoulders not caring at all which is again no problem but I will never come back again. I will never refer nor give this place the time of day with that type of treatment and lack of manners. Don’t go to there you will pay double what there jewelry is worth and there repairs are at best mediocre and again over priced.

I sent my broken necklace here to get fixed two years ago . I didn’t checked the repair work while fetching it. I didn’t found it totally were messed up until I tried to wear it six months later . For the money value, it necklace was not expensive at all, but it is an anniversary gift from my husband. It was priceless for me. However it seemed the store provided your service by the value of your jewelry. It was discontinued.

Highly recommend. Located on the north side of downtown Bethlehem, their location is quaint, cozy, and convenient to get to. Musselman jewelers is knowledgeable, experienced, never pushy, and always willing to help you find what you’re looking for. They helped me find the exact pair of earrings that my wife was looking for. They also helped me with a simple watch repair, and did it with a smile. Their inventory is deep, from low-range items to beautiful diamond luxury items . Look no further when shopping for your next piece of fine jewelry.

Gave them a stone I wanted them to set in one of there rings 5 weeks before I needed it. Called a couple days before I needed it. They told me it will be ready. The day I need it. They tell me there jeweler won’t set it. It was for me and my wifes 20 wedding anniversary. I had to go to another store and buy a ring.

The store is very clean and very quiet, the employees are rarely friendly and very nice.Also they will try to do their best to get what you want if they can. Also it's in walking distance that's if you live in Bethlehem. Yes it's worth stopping by and taking a look at the store

Damien was super friendly and helpful. Other jewelers were going to charge me a ton with a very long lead time to fix my necklace and he did it on the spot free of charge. What a great local place!

I agree with a previous review, I can't believe they had a bad experience at this jewelry store. My wife took her rings to get re-sized and cleaned. Randi, was highly recommended and was so helpful with explaining the entire procedure. Another jeweler was there and also checked the rings and was extremely helpful. My wife called on Thursday and spoke to Beth, to see if the rings were done. She hoped to have them after Mother's Day. On Saturday, Beth texted and called my wife and said they finished them for her. The only issue was wife was in Bucks county and the store was closing. As I'm sure she did for many customers, Beth said I will wait for you, so please drive careful and take your time. This way you will have them for Mother's Day. This is exceptional customer service. The rings were perfect and they looked just as beautiful they day they were placed on her finger. I highly recommend this local family jewelry store for the best Bethlehem has to offer...Beth and Randi, and all who took care of these cherished rings. Thank you and Happy Mother's Day to all...
