Normally no issues. Always go there for my oil changes. No issues. Went there this past weekend after making an appt online to check my service engine light. Got to my appt only to be told they had no one there to do that job. Yet i was able to make the appt and no one cared to call me day of to tell me i couldnt take it there.

It you want to get scammed, by all means. I spent a total of $1500 in 2 weeks, had to bring it back twice. The car is worse than when I brought it in. Guest Service doesn’t want to help you. They hung up on me when I started to ask questions.

Usually go here for inspection ," call center" made me an appointment for inspection. I got there for him to tell me he had no inspection sticker, this is not the first time that has happened .

This company is a joke! When calling your neighborhood shop, the call is out sourced to who knows where. They booked an inspection to a store that does not have inspection stickers. They are under staffed, only 1 person working.
I went to drop off my car at 730 but there was no one there to help me.
I waited 15 minutes and left. I went back 2 hours later to find out they had no inspection stickers. Now when I try calling I can’t get anyone, even though the message says I will only wait a minute. I am a regular at this store, and soon I will need new brakes. I will NOT be taking it there again!
I guess they don’t need my business.
I will have to find a more reliable company!!

John solid guy . No tools to preform his job . No inspection stickers. Was told you call call center. They are told book all call no matter if we can do the job or not.

I couldn’t ask for a more wonderful experience than bringing my vehicle here at Monro Auto Service.
The manager was very friendly and polite, he went out of his way to help me out with paperwork.
