Had a flat tire. Valve stem was leaking. I filled it up, took it to Monro. They took my car right in, changed the valve stem and I was back on the road in under 20 minutes. Fair price as well.

Everybody That Was Working Today 8/13/2024 Was Cool & Helpful, I Went Everywhere & No One Could Tell Me Why I Hear This Weird Sound With The Air, They Told Me It Was My Cabin Filter ! They Took Out The Old One Out, Showed Me How To & Changed It For Me, We Don't Hear The Noise Anymore ! I’m Only Coming Here From Here On Out !

Booked an appointment for 6p yesterday for an inspection (since it was available online) I called ahead to ask if I was good to come by, and the person who answered was very condescending stating that “they wouldn’t have time to do it.”
Don’t have appointments available online if you can’t do it. Saves everyone’s time.

The men were ok personality wise. However, I inquired about an oil change and after giving basic car info the gentleman assisting me went totally quiet and kept clicking away on computer. After a while I had to ask if everything was ok?. Next thing I hear is how much it’ll cost. Never got pricing options or anything. He basically picked for me. As a female I never like dealing with mechanics. Also that waiting are is absolutely disgusting. Needs a deep cleaning. It’s dusty and dirty. As a pregnant woman I couldn’t stand to be in there I had to stand outside in the heat. The company needs to fix this problem ASAP! Toyota would never! The mechanic who actually worked on my car was very nice and respectful tho.

Not a good service after my oil change. My check engine light came on after the job and I was told it was my tire censor. Which made my check engine light to come on. When it was a air filter censor which another tech had to tell me. But all this happens after my oil change no check engine light before the oil change. Just after service was done.

Manager was extremely nice. However the mechanic was extremely rude. I took my vehicle.in for.an oil change that was all I needed and all I asked for. He tried telling me there were multiple things wrong with my vehicle.and was extremely rude making comments about my vehicle, it amazes me that they would have someone working there that treats customers so disrespectful I guess thats why they dont make them wear a name tag on their uniform . I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never take any of my vehicles there again my first experience will definitely be my last.

I have been going to Monroe for 13 yrs, which the service has always been Excellent!!! The Guys always did a fantastic service on my vehicle. The only thing Monroe Corporation needs to do is make sure these Guys at the shops have the right supplies they need to perform for Customers. All the Workers at the Monroe Shops do Excellent Work!!!

I DO NOT recommend this place. The disrespect and unprofessionalism were insane!
That was the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. I scheduled an oil change online and when I showed up, they said they couldn't help me because they had a lot of cars to take care of. Fine, it happens... So I accepted to reschedule my appointment to the day after, and when I showed up, guess what? They couldn't help me either. They said they weren't going to help me because they they didn't have the proper tools and I was not supposed to be booked at that time (???) . Apparently they hate each other and I was told the coworker who rescheduled me, did it on purpose just to harm the team and knowing they couldn't help me. Well, it's not my fault they have their issues, I just needed to have my car's oil changed. After more than 15 minutes talking, they refused to help me and told me to go to a different mechanic (+13 minutes away, same branch) to get it done, at the end of the day, it took more than 1 and a half hours to have my oil changed. To make it clearer: I feel bad, but I DO NOT recommend this place.
