If I can give no stars, I would. I went to get my tire patched on April 15 after having a screw stuck in it. I called beforehand to ask the price and was specific in getting my tire PATCHED not plugged and told them around what time I'd be at the shop. I went to the shop and told them what I wanted, he gave me a look and said it'd be better to get plugged instead since it was just a screw, and I told him that's not what I wanted. A couple minutes later after working with my tire, I asked what they did (since they only took about 5 min.) and they PLUGGED IT!!!! I told them once again I wanted it patched and they took it back and supposedly did it. Whole time the guy (that I guess runs the place) looked annoyed with me after sending the man back with my tire even though I was specific 3 TIMES. A month later my car tells me that same tire is losing air, and I have been filling the same tire with air about every month after the service.
Recently my step-dad took it to another car shop to get it fixed and turns out they just put the screw back in and NEVER PATCHED IT!! I guess they were so annoyed with me sending them back after THEY did what they wanted to and just screwed me over and took advantage of my money. Never going there again, highly unprofessional. The shop should've done the service I asked for in the first place instead of doing what they wanted and giving me a hard time. I was nothing but kind.

Sorry to say but this place does a horrible service I purchased four time front this place and one of my tires kept going flat I went back three time to have them take care of this after the third time my care was shaking so bad I had to go to another shop that is were I found out that my rim was bent and that is why I kept going flat I had to go and purchase a new rim and that was very expensive my rim was bent from the tire machine smh .I can say more but let me leave it right here ?
