Lowe's customer service is horrible since covid, people have no idea what they are doing. I had 4 chairs delivered, 1 chair was damaged. I called the Easton Lowe's the women would not even let me finish talking, cuts me off, tells me I would have to call the Lowe's in Bethlehem. Called them and spoke with Amber I gave her the invoice number and she ask for the item number because 2 chairs were armless and 2 had arms. She told the that the chair could be pickup Saturday 6/29 but I would have to order another online. Way to service the customer. I told her I am not being charged another delivery fee of $79, she stated this was a flat fee. She told me I could come to the store return and buy another, why would I do that when I paid $79 for delivery. I asked her why I was not able to to put my phone # in for Military discount. First she stated you should be able to and then stated maybe I have to come in and show ID. Why would I have to do that when Lowe's uses your phone # for discount. She stated can call back at 7:15m to talk to her manager Anna. Called back and spoke with Anna, I started explaining things and she also cut me off and I told her to let me finish. She asked which chair it was, I asked her several times do you need the item# or model #, she just kept on saying which chair and kept on repeating, getting very frustrated. Again I said don't you need one of the #s so you know what chair it is, she finally says model # why did she not state that the 1st time I asked. This girl was trying to confuse me but it did not work. I told her Amber stated delivery is a flat fee of $79, so why when I went in to order another it was only $15. I did not continue with the order, I was not going to pay another delivery . I said a flat fee is a flat fee no matter what. So why the difference, get this, she told me that is what they are told to say. She then proceeds to tell me she will waive the $79, when I repeated this back she told me she is not waiving anything. They made it out to be like Anna was the manager, she is the head cashier. Also about the Military discount, when I bought something online not that long ago,, no place to give Military discount. I called the Bethlehem store about it and they took my invoice # and did it for me online. Again since covid the employees do not have a clue. I feel like they are just trying to confuse me, I am going to get to the bottom of this. If I worked the way Lowe's employees work I would get fired.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Excellent customer service and support. Very efficient and friendly. I just bought a GE washer from Lowe's. The price was reasonable and the washer works like a charm! My experience with Lowe's was excellent right from the start. It started with a person that helped us pick out the kind of washer that I wanted to the excellent customer service from the two gentleman that came to deliver and install The watcher.

I’m aware corporate America doesn’t train their people but, I would think it would be enough to hire ones who possess the ability to read.
On more than one occasion, I have found myself only with the option of going through a self check out.
I understand it saves on labor costs, however.
When using a Lowe’s card and having to utilize your convenient look up system, I do need an associate to scan their barcode, which, while I understand that they then go through the questions of would you like your receipt printed or print an email and they choose printed as opposed to print an email always without even asking me the question.
All of my accounting is done via emailed receipts. This is a small inconvenience now is going to take me hours to remedy to keep my accounting in line.
I can return all of the items on my receipt check out again and hope that the person understands to email and print the receipt.
This also happened on a warranty package, which I was not even given the option to buy the extended warranty because the person automatically hit no for me without even asking.
The individual working was Theresa, older/Middle Aged woman with shoulder length hair.
This needs to be better addressed in training.

Very disappointed, purchased a LG dishwasher that after only a year and a half is having issues due to a known defect that causes the control board to stop working due to moisture. LG is refusing to do anything and when I went back to Lowe’s I was told they couldn’t do anything either because I didn’t purchase an extended warranty. Dishwasher was advertised with a 10 year warranty but apparently that was only applicable for the motor And I’m left with a dishwasher that doesn’t function.
Edit.. after several phone calls Lowes waived the Labor call out fee. Part was defective and replaced under warranty. Still disappointed with the initial service and but appreciate the help making it right.

TIM WAS AMAZING! Helpful very welcoming and enjoyed helping my son and I! I told him I wish I knew him sooner and he respects the DIY project I needed to complete. I met Tim in lumber but he can be anywhere in store. We need more men like Tim kind and helpful in these stores! Thanks Tim.

Danny is amazing! Helped us with all our needs and made our experience beyond wonderful. He is a person any business would want to have. He deserves a raise and any praise he can get. He had the sweetest soul and helped us save money and recommended everything useful. He was there from the first minute we entered the store helping us all the way until we left the parking lot. The ladies at the return desk were great as well. They made us laugh, were super nice and were thorough.

Horrible customer service. I am a pro business owner and this place is the worst. No customer service for pros or home owners alike. Don't expect to get far with them, go to the orange store and try your luck

Horrible customer service experience in garden area. Was checking out 1 plant and one drink from a refrigerator that they have next to the register. The gentleman that was checking me out didn't know how to add my Pro Account and put in use my rewards so' he went to look for help from another person. The soda that I grab was expired since March. I told the gentleman to please delete the coke. I told him the reason a he told me: "just grab another one" all the sodas that I like were expired. I explained to him that the one I like was expired and he just ignored, gave his back and did not erased it from my transaction. The gentleman that was checking me out did not know how to proceed after this. I just paid and left with and item that is not supposed to be sold just not to create a scene at checkout. Terrible experience

“I ordered 15 bags of mulch on the app And Lowe’s delivered one bag by Uber and told me I had to pick up the remaining 14 at the store. They charged me $18 for a two dollar bag of mulch which I had to return back to the store and they canceled the rest 14 bags of mulch and now I’m stuck with a $18.02 bill for delivery of one bag that I wound up having to return.”
The problem has been resolved. Thank you for your customer service.
