I've been cleaning out my jewelry box and took what I found in for evaluation. The staff was super friendly and patiently looked at each piece. What had value, I was paid a fair price for. I highly recommend them.

My husband bought me a ring for our anniversary at the Allentown location, but since it wasn't quite a good fit we went to exchange it. Went to the Bethlehem location found a couple that were very nice, but a bit over the price he paid for the first. I found one i really loved but it too was priced higher than the original one he bought, the ladies there were AMAZING!! They allowed us to exchange the ring at no extra cost to my husband!! God bless this store and the ladies that helped us out that day!!

Went to get a quote on my ex girlfriends tennis bracelet lady ask me a million questions thinking I stole it I told her what another place offered me and she said see ya the old lady is very rude not customer friendly

I was originally quited $50 and it was to take 30 days. When I came to pick up, it didnt look like they had done what I asked. I was told they would make it right and ruzh it for 2 week turn-around. A month later, I finally called to inquire and I was told it was done. Then I was charged $127! Late AND overbudget?! Never again.

Dropped a ring off to be sized down and was also quoted a price, was told it would be done in a week. After two weeks I called, and they said it should be done in a few days, they would call me. They never called, I called again a week later and said if its not done I just want to pick it up that it's been almost a month and it's getting ridiculous, she said she would check and try and have it done the next day. Two days later I got a call it was finally ready and when I went to pick it up, they tried to charge me more money than I was quoted. Horrible to deal with, would never recommend

Took a chance based on the internet 5 star rating. Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Richard was extremely helpful and very interested in my business. Would certainly recommend anyone going to look for that special piece of jewelry.
